Not at all trust worthy. I booked a session with them , there was no acknowledgement.. Money was deducted and when I opened YesMadam there was no booking from my side.. I tried contacting customer care. they reverted back after such a long time.. and they said it’s not our fault it’s technical glitch … there is no slot left for today.. My money was deducted and they were saying that it’s a technical glitch .. I was waiting for two long hours.. I couldn’t go anywhere else for the service….
I tried to book an appointment, however, after filling out the form I got an error that read: "Decision - Difficulty processing Request Type: (Massage) at this time, due to Reason: (Stress)."
When I press OK and try to change the reason, it won't let me and get the messsage, "User Defined Error - P3N15 1DTENT: String('parting ways'), effective immediately."
I tried calling support and they said they'd reach out to me separately regarding this but now YesMadam just crashes when I try to open it.
This is my feedback that I will never use yes madam again in my life and I will tell my entire circle of friends to stop using it too.
My appointment was scheduled for 2 pm which was rescheduled for 3 without informing me. Later I was convinced to take the service at 3:30 which was again delayed until 4.
If you don’t value your customers then please don’t give waste their time . I have office and a small baby and I planned my entire day based on the appointment I have booked.
So so unprofessional!! And I will never use this this app again!!
YesMadam was very stressful to use. So stressful. I gave it my best but it stressed me so much that I had to fire YesMadam.
She is really good her way of communication her work every this was really appreciable…
