I Purchased the ab workout for lifetime membership and find that all it is is the same 30 exercises that are rated easy, medium, hard, and that there is no individualized plan. I’m just looking at this little video and mimicking the moves. It is certainly not worth $40! LoseBellyFat claims that I will have 500+ exercises and that all new contact would be automatically added. It seems like there is a lot of content. I saw this ad as a pop-up ad on one of my games and looked into it and purchased it. I then looked up other apps done by this developer who has very specific body parts and charges $30-$70 for each app. Talk about a rip off. I did not get 500+ exercises in my lifetime membership for LoseBellyFat And what is most frustrating is that every time I open up LoseBellyFat , I have to go through the whole process as if I’m a first time looker. I have to enter my height my weight my objectives and then I’m taking to the sales screen and have to go and hit restore purchases to get it up and going. Plus, I could only download one book - when I hit on other books it took me to the sign up to purchase page!! AND I can’t find the (supposedly) downloaded book on my devise!! RIP OFF. Do NOT waste your money

I have done tied LoseBellyFat a couple of times and for the most part I like it and would recommend but there are some exercises that are just to advanced in the first 30 days like the reverse plank leg lift on the third day. For someone who is very out of shape and trying to get back into shape I find that very discouraging. It makes it so that I don’t want to do the others because I know that I will not get the full benefit as I can’t do the exercises.

LoseBellyFat is really something! It’s fun, healthy, and amazing to do. The results are the best! In a month I went from fat with belly fat, to flat, with no belly fat! These app is amazing. You should do it only one at a time if people want to share. LoseBellyFat makes you tougher and you have less weight! I gave it four stars because this is only my first month and I want to try it again. If you don’t have LoseBellyFat, you should definitely buy it. There’s no adds, everything is free so you don’t have to spend money, and it actually works!

I don’t like that it is auto set to give a full 30 seconds rest between every exercise, but at least you can skip ahead if you want. It would be nice to have a setting where you can customize the length of the break or even just break every couple of exercises.

I was feeling burn within the first circuit. Good visual instructions, Clear indicators on when to start and rest. No cheating as the next day’s workout is only unlocked when you complete the previous day. Calories burned data available. I gave LoseBellyFat 4 stars only because I’d like to use the music from my phone during the workout, I don’t particularly like the built in music. If that feature is added I’ll give LoseBellyFat 5 stars!

I really like this workout for the way it shows you exactly what to do, gives you the amount of time, a count down, and a breathing period (while showing you what exercise is coming up)! I did not give it five stars, because I am only on day four! It also goes from a beginner program for thirty days, to an advanced program the next thirty day, and, finally, a sexy body program for the last thirty!

Not to tiring, But definitely is noticeable that I got a workout in. It wasn’t anything too easy but it wasn’t too hard for the first day. It did leave me a little sore but that is perfect because that’s what happens when working out. I can definitely tell that I lost belly fat.

I think LoseBellyFat will help me out a lot with my body fat and more I am really trying to lose weight I need to and it was hard but a really great experience and I am going to do this every day

LoseBellyFat is unlike any other apps I have used, I’ve tried other apps that have 30 day programs but you have to pay to get them and I don’t really like paying for stuff so LoseBellyFat definitely helps me! I’m currently going into highschool and recently got into working out in 7th grade I’m planning on joining the swim team in highschool and have been trying to get in shape all year but I couldn’t find the right program to help me with that! LoseBellyFat has saved me so much time I recommend it to anyone who’s trying to loose weight,build muscle or anything like that

On the first day it really helped. It is different from the other exercise apps I have tried. It counts down the time and the voice helps so you don’t have to look at your phone. And they give you 30 second breaks.

LoseBellyFat is needed. It’s keep me accountable of reaching my goal of having a flat stomach which coincides with my bigger goal of being fit which is part of my overall living goal of being my best self. Way to go - great app👍🏿

I am not overweight or anything but I have to go to schlitterbaun in a two months. And I want to be more fit and in shape! (I am in 7th grade) LoseBellyFat is really helloing with that and I felt results within the first day. The exercises are easy for everyone and it keeps you very motivated.

My first day using this was hard because I don’t usually work out that much. I love the ab workout that they have and I really feel like I’m going to lose my belly fat in 30 day or sooner if I continue to follow the work outs every day!

I got LoseBellyFat because over corona home time I feel like I was gaining a little weight. LoseBellyFat is hard but that is good because you know that you are going to start losing weight. I HIGHLY recommend getting LoseBellyFat if you want to lose weight.

LoseBellyFat is one of the best! You don’t have to pay for it, it’s free and you loose belly fat in 30 days, you do 8 work outs a day, you have the option to have a personal trainer, but you don’t have to have one, you get to choose if you wanna work ur legs or ur belly, it tells u what u should eat, it’s just amazing! This is my 5th day using LoseBellyFat and I already see a change in my body and I’m overweight and I’m in 6th grade and the doctors said if I didn’t get in shape I could possibly have a heart attack and possibly die do I have been downloading a ton of weight apps and I have to say this is the best and I have told a lot of my friends that we’re looking for workout apps that were overweight as well about LoseBellyFat and all of my friends say they love it I hope all of u guys enjoy using LoseBellyFat as well

A friend of mine had a similar app on her phone and it motivated me to download this one. I feel great after doing the workouts and look forward to the next days workout. I’m excited about the end results and I’m more conscious about what and how I eat. Get it started! You won’t regret it!

First of all, LoseBellyFat is sooo great! I love how it has all of the exercises and what part of your abs they help work out. I am going into eighth grade and am not really motivated to do extra workouts. I do a lot of sports to help me get in shape but in between them I get lazy and don’t do much. LoseBellyFat keeps me motivated even when I don’t want to work out. There is a voice that tells you when to start and stop so you don’t have to look at your phone or device. I felt a result on the first day! I would like it more if we could listen to our own music though. Other than that I love LoseBellyFat!

Just started working on my weight and been using workout apps on my phone which actually works and I have a lot of them but so far this is my favorite one yet!

Very easy to follow, great exercises! Definetely feel burning.

Improve: break time, maybe we could make it less than 30 second. Would like the option to work out thru.

Today is my second day, woke up a little sore but I’m going to continue and see if I can loose my belly fat in 30 days or at least see some change.
