No way to view film when using time slider bar

Failure for me if you can’t see anything when using the time slider bar to fast forward or rewind. Nothing shown in main window or smaller window like most all other movie apps do. Sad, selection of films may be good but this is a no-go for me. Will cancel.

I am Deaf.
You need to label movies that are captioned throughout, and movies where the captions cease (often because there is English dialog).
It is a real pain to watch a captioned movie and then with no warning the dialog is in English and I have no idea what is happening.
Really you should be captioning all content.
And you do not respond to emails asking to discuss this.
