Hello Zepeto crew! I am a 11yo girl named Jahlila Ouedraogo who lives in Fort Worth, Texas. Yesterday I got my phone and I opened the Zepeto app to see my Zepeto account has been suspended because I didn’t pay my premium! I did then it still said I was suspended so I went to another account and I paid 6dollars for 60 Zems (3.99) 14 zems (0.99) and 4,680 coins (0.99) and it did not get into my old account. I also have a video for proof. Please contact me as soon as you can and if I cannot get my zems and coins back I would like to have a refund and I hope this error doesn’t happen again. I am hoping for a reply in 24hours and I am not happy about this. Thank you.

I used to love ZEPETO, hut first I found out there's no black mascara or eyeliner anymore and now the app is pretty laggy. But to be honest, the no black mascara and eyeliner part pisses me off the most because I loved my make-up with black eyeliner and mascara. I really miss it. And I don't really like the look of my zepeto anymore because of that and it's less fun to make pictures now, so it's less fun to use the app :( i wish they'd bring back black eyeliner and lashes...
