Donuts Drift - Slide Drifting Reviews

The game is obviously repetitive, but it plays well once the ads are off. They just introduced the level mode and it has almost nothing to offer. Suddenly there is no block in the middle of the drift circle, there’s just another coin. If you do a perfect drift around the coin, you get no fuel boost. Getting all of the coins AND the middle coin on one pass is basically impossible so you’re left with no real way of finishing levels other than getting lucky by picking up a fuel container, but those power ups are random. How can you have a set level with random power ups? The power ups determine if you make it or not yet you still do zero drifting even if you do make it to the finish because you’re just wasting fuel if you try to circle drift. This new mode is entirely pointless and needs to be switched to just having a regular non-coin block in the middle of the drift circles and actually giving boosts for doing a perfect drift. Any other way is just silly.

This game is very cool and addicting to play but has a major drawback. First off there is WAY to many adds. Every time you turn is done a 20 second add pops up. Also if you pause in the middle of a turn and press play. 60% of the time an add comes up too. There is another issue with the controller. To drift in the game there is two arrows that you have to tap. But there is a banner add directly on the bottom of the controls making easy to tap the add pausing your game and taking you to the add. Adds are usually not a big deal but when they are 50% of the game its not cool at all. Last there is an in game purchase to eliminate all adds but its 2.99? I can buy a game with that that has no Adds with it. Other that that main complaint the game os really cool to play and is fun, just PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!!

This game has everything you need for a successful game. Simple controls but still challenging. Little tasks like collecting money to improve variables like amount of gas, gas efficiency, etc.

The reason I’m deleting this game is the same reason I’ve deleted other games recently. When you used to play a free game, it was expected there would be ads and I can’t blame a developer for doing this. Time and capital has gone into making a game and it’s acceptable to recoup expenses and even make a profit by way of ads. What ISNT acceptable, though I see it more and more with new games, there’s an advertisement after every round. The new/novice player, without any buffs, is going to have to sit through another ad every 15-20 seconds. That’s three plus ads a minute.

It’s the simple games that I like and end up sharing with my friends but I’m not going to share this one with them. I’m already tired of the ads and it’s been three minutes.

I used to play this game quite a bit and had gone through and unlocked everything. It has simple mechanics that are fun to master and you can really get in the zone and be rewarded for that.

However, I was bummed to come back to it recently to discover it’s been revamped to produce as much as revenue as possible. There are more ads and they’re longer, multi-parted, and have been inserted into the continuous mode where there were none before. Now, the enjoyment of getting in a groove to see how far you can go is broken up by an obnoxious ad every 30 seconds, which completely ruins the point.

Sadly, this seems like a good game that has fallen victim to greed. I’d recommend passing on this one.

This game is so awesome but i think that there are WAY too many adds one very thirty seconds way way way too many. I would ask like if different cars drove different and I want there to be a few up grades like tire and engine. Different cars could slide easier or would be faster, I’d also like some tracks maybe. That’s about all I’ve noticed so far other than those things this is amazing:p

I downloaded this game sometime last week. It is really fun, and I enjoyed it a lot. One of the best things about it was... it was a free game without ads. Those kind of games are far and few between. A few days ago though... things changed. There was an update, and now after every go you have to sit there and watch an ad for a few seconds. Now I know this has become a common thing and it’s just a few seconds, but when you find a game that doesn’t show ads every minute, it’s a game you play a lot of. Trust me I played a lot, but now I barely play it because I get tired of not being able to enjoy the game because of ads.

At the moment it has super fun controls and even more addicting gameplay. However, in the future I would love to see more added to the game. For example different maps like winding roads, obstacle courses, even a map were you are on a highway and you have to drift around moving objects like cars or under 18 wheelers. In addition, different challenges, customizable cars, or skins for cars. Again, at the moment I love DonutsDrift ; but I know eventually I’m going to get bored.

I didn't like this game at all. Everytime I try the game, it doesnt go in a circle. I can't even past the first level with one full turn. There are arrows to show which way to go, but the controls make the car go backwards. I got very frustrated while playing this game and I definitely won't be playing again. My friends usally verse eachother, but none of us liked this game.

The second thing I didn't like was the ads. After every game, it showed an ad. These ads are 15-30 seconds each! I did one revive on this game I waited 30 seconds. When the ad was done. The game froze!

I recommend not getting this game if you get frustrated easily and if can't wait 15-30 seconds for every game.

At the beginning, the ads were freaking ridiculous. I paid the 2 or 3 dollars for no ads and it was worth it. Played the whole game not seeing another ad. I’ve completed all missions and unlocked all cars. I really hope to see more come to this game. I was an enjoyable 3 days playing on my breaks. But for being able to do so little I’m giving 4 stars. Once the developers add more I will be happy to give it 5.

The ads. As everyone else has said, these ads are overkill. It’s a free game so ads are expected, even when it was after your turn I understood, but now I can be in the middle of a game and it takes me straight into DonutsDrift store and when I close DonutsDrift store and unpaise the game it jumps me again into DonutsDrift store. This happens about 6-8 times before I’m able to finish the game. When I’m finally back in it messes up the drift I was in. Easily a 5 star game if this bug didn’t mess with the game. Please fix, ads are fine but interrupting mid game to DonutsDrift store is not!

had DonutsDrift when it first came out and it was amazing, the simplicity was amazing and i could ply it for hours on end. they completely ruined it by adding ads, ok i purchased the no add thing but, that huge gap between the last circle and “free gas” is huge it literally takes up a half a take and the “free gas” it gives is like RIDICULOUS!! not enough!! the developers need to do some serious thinking, please close that gap especially if you buy the ad free game, it’s only fair. DonutsDrift has so much potential and they ruined it. make it playable again!! PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!

This is a great concept for a mobile game, but for the love of god, EVERY time you need to start over a 20 second ad plays. And yes you can fix this but for $2.99???Hello??? What a joke. The ads don’t stop there, no, you’ll be in the middle of playing and an ad will come out of nowhere forcing you to close it to continue. I know in order for it to be a free game you need ads to make some profit, but each play time before you run out of fuel is so short, you’re spending about half your time in DonutsDrift watching dumb ads. Again good concept, poor execution of ads.

Hey guys. Awesome game. I’m having fun with the minimalistic and simple to play game you guys launched.

However, I think it’s with the new update but my “offline bonus” is not showing/accumulating when I reopen the game after a couple of hours.

Maybe it’s the update? Maybe it’s because I’m at 240% for my offline bonus and it’s too high for the game to acknowledge but appreciate an update to fix the glitch.

I love this game and I got my brothers into it as well. however, I feel like a cool idea would be to add a multiplayer/tandem feature so you can drift with your friends or with computers. also I think if you had the ability adjust the speed of your car to faster/slower to make it harder/easier, that would be really fun as well. overall really fun game!!

The game has this bug where it takes me out of DonutsDrift into a random page on DonutsDrift Store and every time I try to go back and play the game it just kicks me out of DonutsDrift again. The only way I can stop the bug is if I restart DonutsDrift and I loose all my progress when I do that so it’s pretty much unplayable at this point

The graphics are simple, controls are easy and it’s still challenging. Ads aren’t a bother until you’re forced to watch one just to upgrade one of your perks to the next level. Developers please add Dark Mode for iPhone X, I would pay to remove ads as soon as you do.

I Love this game. It could have more customization, however it’s not so bad. what the most unbearable thing about this game is the ads. They pop up after every run and most of the time I can’t leave/exit the ad without having to click on the ad and go to where ever it takes me then go back to the game. If it was not for the horrible ad function, I would be able to deal with them as well as enjoy the game.

Simple and to the point, its a free game that the developer wants to make money on for creating. 100% understand and support this. I expect to have an ad here and there or a permanent ad at the bottom/top of the menus screen. But you make me sit for a 30 second ad after every single round....yeah no thanks I will go play another game. Make some changes to your ads and I will gladly play this fun game again.

It would be much more enjoyable to play this game if I didn’t have to watch an add every time I get one run at it. It makes me want to just delete the game constantly seeing’s adds for other ones if I wanted to download other games I would and I understand that where the money is in advertising but at least let the player get five runs before every add not one

The game is really fun but when is about Apple Watch is trash I mean yeah you can play it but you can’t drift on Apple Watch and every game on Apple Watch is different on mobile or iPad so I think you guys should make drift on the Apple Watch
