No Response from Developer

2024-09-15

I am sorely disappointed with TimeFinder! I was looking forward to using it to manage my personal doctors appointments and work scheduled.

After subscribing, the sync still did not work between my iphone 13 pro max and my macbook pro. I reached out to the developer and sent them a support message on Feb 22, 2024.

As of today, still no response. To add insult to injury, I was charged for the subscription even though the trial period is not even over as of yet!

Dissappointed..

2024-09-27

Ive been using the free version for a couple months and finally decided to invest into the premium and as soon as i made the purchase the apps started to troubleshoot.... I cannot log into multiple decives and when it does work on one device ( i have 4 devices), the schedule didnt transfer the same way, the colors didnt transfer, its just not showing me that its worth spending money on because when i purchased it, nothing changed. I have everything color organized and i need the schedule to go on all my devices and neither of those feautures are working so i will be requesting a refund and looking for another app or just continue to use the basic feautures for free. very unfortunate and dissappointed because i really did like TimeFinder at first... oh well.

Confusing

2024-05-18

I'm confused.

Good Potential

2024-09-04

Very good app. Needs to have spliot view off list view along week weekly schdule so whole week can be planned in one glance. TimeFinder developer was very reponsive and he is working on creating these new updates.

Good concept, okay execution

2024-07-26

I love the concept of TimeFinder. TimeFinder helps the most with time blocking, in my opinion. I don't use it very often because I have other ways of organizing what I need to do, but it's a great tool for when I really want a visual representation of time (and a physical way to rearrange my day). The graphics do feel outdated and the premium version is too expensive, but free version is perfectly functional.

Why subscription!!!

2023-08-16

I'd pay a one time fee but I HATE subscriptions, love TimeFinder format but refuse to subscribe to be able to use it across iPad, Mac and iPhone.

Great for Time Blocking

2024-01-26

There are many productivity apps that fail the most basic of needs which is to fill up your calendar with tasks to make progress quickly. TimeFinder does that extremely well.

If you can figure out a way to simplify your projects and turn them into a simple list this will be great. If you need to add attachments or use subtasks, this might not be for you.

Really good

2024-08-28

It’s great but could still use a couple of improvements in my opinion. Mainly, it will not do all of the functions of my calendar app (Fantastical2), so I have to make some adjustments to import the information. Since this app only has time slots in schedule view, in order to import my list items from my calendar app I have to change them to a timed item, which this app will recognize and import. At this point I can unlock them and move them around, and just go back into my calendar app and put them back into list view. This is fine and easy enough, but what I can’t do is drag them from schedule view into list view in this app. If I can drag and drop one way, I should be able to drag and drop the other way, otherwise I have to retype everything into list view and delete from the schedule in order to maintain an untimed list like on my calendar app.

Also in this app you can’t have more than one list item at the same time, so those need to be adjusted as well or when this app imports them it will group them all into one line of text that you will need to manually edit.

These are really just nitpicking type things though, I’m not sure what implementing them would entail and overall I like TimeFinder and believe that it will prove to be useful.

The perfect planner for me!

2024-03-04

Love the drag split view to drag tasks to schedule. I would love it more if there was a widget for iphone and if there were more icons for the task lists.

Great app overall, but would be better if there was a browser version

2024-01-26

I have been using TimeFinder for 2 months now, and really like the simplicity of adding time blocks for tasks, importing reminders, and the ease to change or shift the entire schedule when needed. However, this planner would be much improved with a web browser version so that I can easily see my schedule when working on the computer. One other thing I noticed that could be improved is the calendar importing; TimeFinder does fine at syncing with calendars for events with short time durations, but if there is an event of a longer time period on your calendar (such as a whole day event or an entire weekend trip, for example) it will not capture those anywhere. At the very least, it would be nice for it too capture those entire day or multi-day calendar events by adding a note to the top of the daily schedule about the event, but instead it simple doesn’t note them anywhere, forcing you to hop back and forth between different apps in order to ensure your schedule is complete. If those 2 improvements, of making a web version and fixing the full day and multi day calendar events syncing, TimeFinder would be perfect for my overall scheduling.

Great! but there are issues!

2024-08-03

Okay TimeFinder needs a lot of bug fixes (at least for mac). A lot. It's mostly easy to use but some navigation methods are a headache- like changing lists. Most importantly, TimeFinder now crashes every time I try to use it! I restarted my mac and it's still going. Maybe It will work better in the future, but for now it's a hassle.

Simple and works!!!

2024-01-26

First of all, I searched for/downloaded SO MANY apps. I even paid for some that promised to do so much but they ended up being buggy after I had added all my tasks (which took me hours) I had to get a refund!! Others just were visibly too boring to keep my attention lol. This one does exactly what I need it to do AND the colors to me were a big selling point because they visibly help me ALOT. I love that I can add as many items as I want and it doesn’t change the speed or the functionality of TimeFinder . The biggest issue for me is that I WISH I could access this from my computer as well. It’s much easier to set everything up on a bigger screen and then just make minor changes and get reminders on my phone. Another small thing that would really help is having sub tasks that way I wouldn’t have to drag so many daily items one by one and they could be bulk added instead - I’m not sure how this would work considering the time increments maybe each sub task can have its own time intervals and the main task would be all that time summed up? I saw a similar feature on Sunsama although theirs is much more time consuming to set up. Anyways I absolutely love TimeFinder and I can see it being helpful to so many people I will definitely recommend to anyone searching for a tool to help keep them organized!

Basic easy to use.

2024-01-26

After figuring out how to get the free basic version i really enjoyed using TimeFinder . I don't like putting all my to-dos on my calendar so having this as an additional day organizer to my calendar has been great.

Good App Overall

2024-04-24

I like TimeFinder. It is really simple and easy to use. The last update added a lot of icons, which I also like, but now it is being weird. I’ll delete something, and then it will scroll me to the current time and the thing won’t be deleted. Rapid taps also don’t work anymore for really long events. It shows up, but then when I stop tapping everything it just extended disappears. This is annoying when it comes to putting in something that goes from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. They just released a new update that added a ton of icons, and before that TimeFinder was really solid. I’m sure they’ll fix it soon enough.

Love the concept needs a couple features

2024-05-25

*new feedback and question*

Question: what are the notifications supposed to do? Alert me when I should be doing something?

What are the premium features? If the things below were implemented I would gladly pay for premium.

I think it would be great if you could add your entire list to a schedule. For instance if you have a morning routine. Maybe you spend 15 min drinking coffee, then 30 min workout, 30 min on breakfast etc. you could put that entire routine in the schedule and it block out the appropriate times depending on where you start it at.

Also would still like a check box. So I know what I didn’t get done and can move to another day. - never mind just watched the video. This is a feature already :)

——————
I really like the idea of TimeFinder however i wish i could check off items that are done and repeat items so they always show up in the schedule.

Edit: I was able to find the repeat task, thanks for letting me know!

One other thing that would make it even better and may be in the pipeline is ability to see iPhone calendar to better plan things.

Great great app for simple layout of your day

2024-05-18

I really appreciate the simplicity of TimeFinder. I use it conjucntion to Ticktick planner -- where I keep the hierarchy of the tasks and this app to set up detailed plan for the day. Only thing that I am having trouble is -- maybe somebody can help me, is that I can't find way to complete the task. In iPhone, you can simply swipe right on the task and set it as "done" but in mac app, I can't find the way to do it. But otherwise, it is a great app that does the job for me!

great app

2024-05-18

its wonderful

ADHD Friendly Daily Planner

2024-05-18

I have Adult ADD and I am really impressed with the this daily planner app. It's a simple app with not a lot of features, but that's one of its best features. I like that it works on my computer, and syncs with my iPhone and iPad to notify me of the things I need to do. The yearly subscription price for this app is very reasonable because it helps you get more accomplished throughout the day.

I wish I found out about this app sooner!!

2024-05-18

This is my favorite app of all time. It helps me organize my day and the alerts on my Apple Watch keep me focused and on task. I used it and loved it for weeks before watching the turotial and learning about the lists feature. What a lifesaver! Now, not only is my schedule organized, but my mind is organized. I love the ability to create multiple lists, easily add them to the schedule, and mark them done. 100% recommend TimeFinder to everyone.

Great App

2024-05-18

Perfect for managing my business appointments whether I am at my laptop or on my iPhone.

Terrific customer support!

Simple and effective

2024-05-18

I am very much enjoying TimeFinder so far. I absolutely cherish its simplicity -- i add a task to a list and that's it, i don't have to leave a bunch of fields blank or make sure i'm using consistent tags and attaching documents for no reason.

Then, when it comes to planning my day, my time blindness doesn't sweep me away as it usually does because I can just drag and drop my tasks to specific time slots throughout my day and get an excellent visual and realistic understanding of time/reality.

I love how colorful my day ends up looking (excellent color choices), and how easy it is for me to tell throughtout the day if i'm on track or if i need to drag drop a couple of adjustments.

Thanks!

Simple and Efficient

2024-05-25

I have had trouble in the past with time-management. Trying to organize work, school, and social life into one calendar has been one of my struggles. But then I found TimeFinder. i can refer to it every morning and plan out my day. It is simple, does not require any purchases, and easy to use. Calendar apps can be confusing, because they add all of this extra stuff to what you are planning (ex. location, time, invitees, etc.). With TimeFinder, you type in what you need to do in the timeblock in which in needs to get done. Thats it. No scrambling trough information. Just you, your tasks, and your time-blocks.

My favorite app for time management

2024-05-18

TimeFinder has exceeded my expectations; so versatile and intuitive. The tutorial has you up and running quickly with how to create, edit and use personalized lists on your schedule. The split view screen is perfect for looking backward and forward to move your scheduling blocks and view your lists. You can easily drag from multiple lists, which can be color-coded while working on your schedule. Depending on your day, you can customize 15-minute, 30-minute, or hour-long blocks of time. In addition to setting up repeating time blocks, you can decide when your day starts and ends. There is even an import and export function that you can sync with iCal. Lastly, Luke responded quickly to my inquiry with support and kindness, which makes TimeFinder invaluable. Of course, it was this user’s error, as the instructions were clear.

Game changer for ADD

2024-05-18

To begin, customer support is great! I had trouble getting TimeFinder to sync between devices and Luke responded within a few hours that very evening (a Sunday evening at that).

If you have ADD and are tired of feeling guilty for frequently missing deadlines or important tasks due to lack of time because you’ve spiraled down a trail of hyper focusing on (mostly) trivial aspects of some other thing, TimeFinder is for you. Segmenting the day into manageable chunks that I can visually see has given me breathing room because I can know that I do have to time to accomplish these things.

I thought the price seemed a bit steep at first, but having it sync between all devices is worth it, as it is so much easier to keep up with. But, while this is a great tool, it is still just a tool. If you want the relief this can bring, you have to want to make the change, and TimeFinder can do this if you put in the effort.

Looking for an effective productivity app? This is it.

2024-05-18

I use Apple's native reminders and calendar app a lot to take note of what I need to do and plan things out. So where does this app come in?

this app will sync your calendar and reminders content, and you can view them in a synchronized manner across different devices, all at one place. The split view is one of my favorite feature, where on half of the window shows the calendar like schedule and the other half the reminders list. You can also move around the activities and place your reminders at a certain time whenever you want, wherever you want. Native Apple apps will be where I can just write things, and TimeFinder is where I actually organize everything and look at to go through my days.

TimeFinder is super flexible, and it seems like there always is something new coming in. Not only that, the developer is super responsive to feedbacks and questions, which I appreciate.

Best value time boxing app. Great developer!

2024-09-15

this app is the best time boxing app I've found (and I've tried most of them). TimeFinder is easy to use, imports calendar events well, provides solid customization options, and might be (from the apps I've tested) the only fully cross-platform Apple app (available on macOS, scales well on iPad and iPhone) I've seen for time boxing. TimeFinder syncs pretty seamlessly across devices, too. The developer is also super responsive and open to feedback, which I've thoroughly appreciated. Luke has helped me troubleshoot any problem I've had within the same day. this app fits right into my workflow even though I use multiple tools (calendar apps/Things/Notion) to organize my time - it's right up there with the tools that I use most. The ability to see all events within certain time boxes and time box additional events/tasks without having those sync directly to my calendar has been great and provides me with an efficient way to plan out any free time I have without impacting my calendars directly. Love this app!

Exactly what I was looking for!

2026-03-27

I really wanted a mashup of my calendar and reminders apps and this one is the perfect mix!!! I prefer entering items on my calendar (since I have many shared calendars with family) but also want to see them as I’m looking at my to-do list for the day so the fact that TimeFinder imports my calendar while allowing me to add time blocks for each of my to-do items is fantastic. The drag + drop feature between lists and schedule makes planning my days so easy. I emailed the developer about a few small things I’d love to see (the ability to choose different time durations for different events and the ability to add a note and just tap on it to see it) and he was very responsive and open to the feedback. I paid for the premium subscription and will gladly continue to subscribe to support development of an app that is just what I was hoping to find.

Game Changer for ADHD brains and everyone else!!!

2026-04-25

I am SUPER GRATEFUL for TimeFinder!! I struggle with focus and short term memory issues due to ADHD and needed an app to help me stay on track and on task while not forgetting things. I am extremely visual and was on the hunt for something that I can glance at and have a mental picture of what my day looks like. TimeFinder is just incredible in its functionality, I am able to see my day by the hour down to 5 minute increments on half the screen with a to-do list on the other. You can customize it to function and appear however is best for you.

TimeFinder is truly a gift and is exactly what I need for the way my brain operates. I will be telling everyone about it!!

I had a few questions about TimeFinder and Luke, the creator has made himself extremely accessible to help! He responded very quickly to me and helped me get my issue sorted out. The issue was user error 😉

5 stars isn’t enough

2026-05-25

Like many of you, I have tried just about every app on this store to help manage my time. Every app just gets used for a day and then never again. But I have had TimeFinder for months now, and I cannot explain how great it is. It’s so simple. Like.. so simple. I just plan my day and go. It lets me know when I need to change tasks. Literally ADHD best friend. I have it go off so I don’t get sucked into a black hole and never finish anything. No fancy bells or whistles, it’s just quick and so easy to use. What’s even better is how fantastic the free version is. I’m a broke college student, ramen noodles and energy drinks are my best friend. This has enough features to make it usable without forcing you to buy the premium. There’s no limit on tasks, no force to buy, no ads. It’s perfect.

Note to creator: you’re amazing, thank u.

By far the BEST Project/Task Management

2026-04-25

After my wife and I searched countless hours trying to find a project / task management app, we finally found this Time Finder app. It’s almost as though TimeFinder was made to be implemented and used side by side with recent books we have read regarding habits, goals, personal development. TimeFinder is by far one of the best resources we have now to keep ourselves on track, accountable, and most importantly achieve our goals leading to a better life! Luke (TimeFinder developer) was extremely helpful and supportive with helping get the most out of TimeFinder . It is functional but simple. Has everything you need in a very user friendly way. I love the Split View and helps so much for time blocking in the way we have experienced. Thanks again Luke for making such an amazing app!

Best scheduling app I have found!

2026-05-27

I run a mobile crane service and use TimeFinder to schedule my appointments. The layout was exactly what I was looking for. I can break my schedule up into 30 min blocks and I’ll put the company I am doing the work for on one line and then the job address in the other line. This gives me an easy visual reference of my schedule when customers are calling in to schedule jobs. I also love the note feature as well, which allows me to put in the details of the job, which is hidden away until I click on it, so as not to clutter up the visual representation of the schedule. I tried out several other apps but nothing fit my needs as perfectly as this one.

Just what my ADHD brain needed

2025-12-13

I’ve been using TimeFinder during the free trial period. With my ADHD brain, inability to plan like “normal” people plan, my intense hate/hate relationship with time, and trying to get a handle on focusing better, I really put TimeFinder through its paces. I have already purchased it because it is that good!

The developer is extremely responsive and has been so very helpful with my questions and feedback on how TimeFinder works. I can count on one hand, with fingers left over, on how many developers are actually responding to their users in a timely manner.

There is a small learning curve, but, to be fair, it could have been due to my brain not working right rather than TimeFinder ’s fault. But I’m completely in love with this task app.

I’ve been testing multiple apps since July. This is the first one that is made completely for adults with ADHD. It really helps me to see how much I overestimate what I can accomplish in a day while giving me the help to see how much time things really take. Sorry for the long post but I can’t say enough about how this is changing my life.

Amazing Service

2026-01-13

TimeFinder is amazing I sent some additional feedback to developers and Luke is the man! On his game constantly improving it. I suggested tasks and subtasks, a journal, a month view and probably a million other things that could make it perfect but excellence takes time and TimeFinder is already a home run. I needed a way to time block and track my day in 10 min increments. I noticed how much time I’m not utilizing and TimeFinder is excellent for tracking what you are doing right now and how to plan your tomorrow’s out to the very last minute. The time is there we just need to be mindful of how to use that time for productive means rather then waiting for our next task. Thanks Luke!

Best there is!!!

2026-02-14

I have searched for a good time management app forever and this is the best I’ve found. Soooooo easy and intuitive, KISS design, but so powerful. Using TimeFinder, the majority of your time is spent on task, not learning an unwieldy app or jumping through hoops just to enter your data. Yes, it has a bug or two that I have spoken with the developer about, but even with that caveat it is still the best there is. Simple and powerful. I paid $20 for ONE yearly subscription app (I’ve also paid for others 🙄) just to find this one is still the best overall, IMHO. I don’t usually write reviews, but Just wanted to say THANK YOU.

Loving So Far

2026-03-18

Just started using app. I really like the list feature as I can give label of morning routine, and under that what I need to do. One label is my dogs and their needs. My three meals can list foods which suffice as a grocery list as well. If this works out I will consider paying for TimeFinder to keep it going. I would hate to love this then not have it because the developer couldn’t keep it going. I’m old school and love paper agendas but this is so easy to use and color codes for me. I would like a few more list icons, but that’s just me. Please keep TimeFinder going!

Perfect and SIMPLE!

2026-04-16

When I get overwhelmed with my to do list, TimeFinder comes in so handy! It helps me plan out my day - hour by hour (down to 15 min increments), and gives me the ability to schedule myself margin/downtime, a grocery store run, soccer meetups, you name it. And it’s not super in depth. It’s SIMPLE. Write out your list, drag and drop it in at a time that works for you and get it done! For someone who needs a hand with time management, it’s perfect. For someone who wants to schedule their week and be able to see it play out, it’s right here!

Simple and a perfect fit!

2026-05-18

TimeFinder replaces perfectly the time management I was doing on paper every day. It provides just and only just what I need…a list of tasks and a time based daily schedule. Things that I do everyday at the same time are permanent and repeatable each day, e.g. wake up and go to bed. While things that I do sporadically are in lists that I can drag and drop into my current day at times I have open from the daily routines I do each day, e.g. exercise. Premium adds some useful capabilities and is very affordable.

Intuitive & minimalist planning

2026-06-18

This scheduler is the best I’ve encountered. Having a task list with daily tasks makes it easy to plan your days without wasting time. Calendar sync function makes sure I don’t miss things I’ve added in other calendars. The colors for every event make a minimal app pop and make me happy to look at my schedule. The developer not to mention is super attentive to replies regarding glitches. Everyone should download TimeFinder and pay for premium because your life’s schedule is worth it.

Great App

2026-07-20

I heard that a better way to get things done more efficiently is to set them out in a time block and that is exactly what TimeFinder does. It’s a perfect app to sechedule out your next day while you are in bed and a big stress reliever to have your day thought out! The only complaint I have is that it goes by 30 minuet chunks so anything that will only take less then 30 minuets you have to write out the time on the bar. Other then that this is a great app and I would 100% recommend TimeFinder!
