I need a discount code for the Family Pass, I have already have my grandson signed up. I am not going to pay $39.00 for 3 weeks of bowling. I do not bowl everyday, or even 2 times a week, so I just want a code to sign up
It says my email is not correct that’s the only email I’ve ever had and I also can’t use my husband and I’s along with my daughters ivy is free bowling
I purchased the family plan. My invoice number is 8300. I paid $39.95. The bowling alley nearest me said they quit the program after we went there once. I want a refund. No other place is even close to me.
You do not have customer service! I paid for two adults and bowling instruction. I was billed for (2) two adults can bowel. The bowling alley didn’t know anything about bowling instructions! If I don’t here from someone by tomorrow, I’m going filing with the State Attorney General’s office and the better business bureau.
It says my coupons are ready but they do not show up
I repurchased the family plan and updated my password as instructed. When I go log in, it says I need to do it over. Yet it won’t let me. I try to rest my password and the email NEVER comes to rest it. I try to create a new account and it says I already have an account .I have no access to my purchase and have reached out on many fronts with no response. Horrible customer service!!!

So I updated my account for my “kids bowl free” account and added a family pass for this year. Decided to download the app for easy use for coupons and logged in using my account info but none of my coupons will show up. I did just get an email the other day for the coupons this week. Why can’t I see the same coupons on the app?

The app no longer lets me log in. I get an error message saying to try again later. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with the same problem. It worked fine last summer. My login works fine online but the app was more convenient. Hope this gets fixed soon

I get the email coupons but decided to download the app for easy access. The app downloaded but every time I log in using the same credentials from the website on the app I get an error message. I guess I’ll just stick with the email coupons.
