I love FoxFM and ive been using it for 2 years but the only problem is i downloaded so many songs on it and now it has some bugs, i cant open FoxFM , when i open it it just kicks me out in 3 seconds and i cant delete FoxFM because all of my songs will get deleted and i tried everything i tried offloading it and downloading again it didnt work and i restarted my phone still didnt work so please fix this bug because i truly dont wanna lose my playlists thank you

I really like FoxFM I’ve been using it for a long time but now I can’t download most of the videos that I want I don’t know why it always says that downloading failed and I was hoping that someone tell me what’s wrong with it and how can I fix it ? And sometimes when I search for something it stays on loading it won’t get the videos please guys really fix this I’m looking for another music app to download like it works for 2 days then it will go back to the same!!!! And now I can’t download anything because FoxFM is telling me to try other qualities and when I do they still won’t work!! And also the search button disappeared what’s next? I’m deleting FoxFM it’s not like it used to be before

hello this app!
i have been using this app for more than 2yrs, FoxFM was working fine with me, but now it’s not.
i don’t know if it’s because of my device, my device is an iPhone 6, iOS 12.5.
like i said.. i don’t know if it’s because of my device. but i hope you take a look at my review and fix this problem.
Thank you for making FoxFM, it’s one of my favorite apps.

FoxFM works just fine besides the ads which pop up so frequently and it’s really annoying and yeah it would be amazing if we could multiselect the files while sharing
Till now it’s only possible to share one file at a time and it’s really time consuming....
I hope this feature gets included in future updates....

for some reason i can’t download the videos that i want to is this a bug or something if so plz fix this i really want to listen to music again i deleted and downloaded again i thought it was just mine now i can’t even listed to the ones that we’re already downloaded plz fix it

So I’ve used FoxFM a lot but the problem is with the loading when I download any song somehow it doesn’t work I remember having FoxFM a year ago but it still wouldn’t work and I appreciate fixing other bugs that’s why am rating a 4 thank you for reading this 😂👍

Songs are not downloading since 1 week idk why, whenever i press on download option nothing appears please fix this issue. I've been using FoxFM since a year now and i don't want to expect any bad things with this.

whenever i go to sources and press camera to download something from my camera roll FoxFM freezes its not related to my storage or phone since its new and its relatively empty however whenever i try to make a video an audio it will straight up freeze whenever i press camera in sources. ;-; i deleted and downloaded FoxFM it nearly worked but then it proceeded to freeze again i mean FoxFM works but :/ i want it to work w my camera roll too

The application was really amazing before the last update. The new update they removed the video download and now you have to use their browser (similar to chrome) and then try to find the link for the video to download it. Very bad update. I wish if they return back the video download option again.

I can’t download any more songs the option just disappeared one day just if you see this find a way to fix this it’s one of the best apps I’ve used to listen to music

FoxFM is good but is about a a week I can’t download or serch for anything FoxFM completely stop bugs us a lot please fix the problems I can’t play the downloaded videos too. Thanks ❤️.

please fix your app’s problems it doesn’t work well and the search option has disappeared from the list

This is one of the most useful and super easy apps, it has everything you need to enjoy listening to your favorite music.

The "play next" button isn't working I keep pressing it but it doesn't work if there's any solution I'll be so grateful🥰 thanks in advance🥰

this app is a great app which i used it for a past few weeks but know the problem is when i open FoxFM it immediately close when i open FoxFM this app will appear and then it closes ive deleted and downloaded it again but its the same plss fix it

I was very enjoying using FoxFM at the first time cause it is easy and fast to process. But then don’t know why the download button of mine is disappear often and now more than a month so i try to delete FoxFM and reinstall again. All my song are gone and still the download button not yet findddddd!!!😒😪

Hi my app dose not open and I tried soo hard but it didn’t open and I even can’t delete FoxFM because there are so many songs

Excellent app except that the browser has some delay besides not downloading anything with slow internet connection

It’s a brilliant app and all but there’s this problem with me; it doesn’t want to download music and I don’t know why. It just stops and says cannot download. Please fix this, thank you.

I really love your performance. this app is the best music downloader in iOS. I can strongly agree that. However, started from yesterday, when I clicked the video that I want to download, the icon appeared like download, download as, cancel. And then I clicked download. There was where the error started. No matter how many times I reinstalled, countless times power off, always loading whenever I clicked download. That’s so annoying. That’s happened after I updated the latest version of this app. So, I hope you can help my problem. Thank you

Well I used to have the original app, TurboDL, and I loved it! I got to finish stuff on time and take breaks by listening to music! But when it got removed, I was devastated. With this app, it’s..... how do I say this? Bad. I’ll give you reasons why. First, for some reason when I watch the video, it’s not showing the “play, download, download as..” and I use an iPad so can you make this work for iPads too? Second, way too much ads. I know you need to make money but can you put at least 5 ads? It helps me more. Third, I think you need to make it just like the TurboDL you guys created. Alright those are my reasons. I’m not trying to hate but I’m just saying to need to improve on some things.

Is here a way to choose what song comes next? Like not in a playlist but in a sequence? I tried holding down on a song and clicking playnext but that doesn’t work. I highly suggest a way of being able to string songs one after the other.

Also searching for a downloaded song to add to playlist causes FoxFM to crash. Nothing big just a mild irritation.

Although I don’t think FoxFM really needs it, having an equalizer would still pretty cool. Love me some bass-heavy songs lol

Additionally, although I press the scramble button, a lot of the same songs are played and it doesn’t feel random. Would be nice to have it be more random.

The search option also doesn’t show up for some reason. It worked while I was using different WiFi but at home it doesn’t show up. It’s exponentially easier to download using search that having to convert to mp3, is there some way to fix this?

All in all loving it so far, but still has some little issues here and there.

Ya see. Before I could download any song or video i wanted but now if i download anything it says: error 403. Forbidden
Idk why it’s doing that but I don’t like it so please if u could make a change to that as fast as possible that would be great bc this was a great app

I love your guy’s apps! This one however missed the mark. The download speed is much slower than your other apps both through browsing on the web and downloading onto your phone, only some of the videos are downloadable but others on the same site aren’t, the new tab feature is ineffective due to having to click out and wait for that tab to load up instead of the easy access option you guys previously had where it would immediately start to load and all you had to do was swipe. Please either fix these issues on FoxFM or create a new one with the old features. Thank you.

FoxFM is so cool and perfect and have more options than the other applications.
The only two problems, that it cannot download from most of the websites like SoundCloud for example and the another problem is that it miss a search option in the downloads or the media files.

It’s a great app, but the problem is with the video ads. This is mainly a media player app, I wish that the ads is only an image not a video.
Also, in the last update, FoxFM sometimes doesn’t show up in the Control Center, and if a song ended while FoxFM is in the background the next song doesn’t automatically open until I go back to FoxFM again.

Well was great while it lasted but it no longer detects any video files

FoxFM is practically perfect. Only thing is the amount of ads and frequency without the option upgrade or pay to remove them & there have been occasions when the ad screws up what you’re trying to...view. The auto naming based on original file is really intermittent too but otherwise FoxFM is great 2 small complaints are just ways to improve but even if it doesn’t no big still love FoxFM

I’d just like to say that I’ve been using your app for years now and it’s awesome I just wish there was a way to use chrome cast on it. Also maybe add a feature where if there’s a pop up in the browser it opens another window because it messes up the download

Since last few days i am trying to download videos,
The downloads go fine but at the end it shows error saying “unable to move video to documents”

Hi, I been using FoxFM about 4 months and I love it but someone there’s a problems in app such as you can’t download any videos it just says invalid url. I would really appreciate if you do an update to fix that. Thank you.

i wish we could edit the file especially the mp3/m4a or these sound files, an edit like we can add picture to the sound file so we can recognize that file/song/etc..i love FoxFM❤️here you go 5 stars

It’s a great app i really like it but it’s 2 or 3 days now and I can’t download any video!. I don’t know why it shows the download button and I choose the quality but it gives me “error 403”
And doesn’t download
please fix.

I love FoxFM, BUT...when I hit “upgrade to PRO” it takes me to another app called “HYS”. I don’t want another app. I don’t want to move my files again, as I already have them in Fox as well as what I think was its predecessor “TurboDL”. I’d happily pay to get rid of the annoying ads (and they are SUPER annoying), but I’m not changing apps again.

It’s a great app and I’m very happy with it. However, my only problem is that FoxFM keeps on lagging and so I’m not able to move the screen and press any of the file so I am unable to listen to the music.
