Very bad service

The payer called me at 6 pm to share my location and he will come in one hour, i called him back because he did not come then he need one more hours I said okay , he did not show up again then he said he will come in half hour and again he did not show up, then he stopped answering my calls.

It takes longer than the announced 48 hours! Why taking all these days to deliver a water.? Impossible to get water in the same day of order. Cannot change payments method.
