Contact Drawing Pad procreate Sketch Support

I was so happy with this app. It was able to do exactly what I wanted. I am a senior citizen and it took me about 2 weeks to find this app. Now I am extremely upset! I worked on my first drawing for a couple of hours over a couple of days. I closed the program and went back 3 or 4 times - no problem. I wanted to use a feature that wasn’t included in the free app. I paid for the full app so I would have it. I worked another 1/2 hour or so and then I closed the app. Then about an hour later I started working on my drawing again. I was almost finished with it and the program closed! I reopened it and my picture was gone! I was very frustrated, but started over. After only about 10 minutes the program closed again and my drawing was gone again! I don’t think that is right. I don’t know what to do now. I know it didn’t cost a lot, but seniors have to watch their money very closely. I hardly ever buy an app. Only twice before.

Normally I would use procreate because it is very professional and u can make amazing animations with it. But today I wanted to check out other apps. Looking at the pictures I was pretty impressed and it looked pretty professional. But when it finished downloading and I went into the app it looked like a kids drawing app which I didn’t like. It would also crash CONSTANTLY for me AND their were only A COUPLE features. Not much of a variety per se. Also the colors were not as nice as procreate and honestly it looks like a 15 year old made this app. I don’t recommend this to other artists be it doesn’t meet up to the expectations I have of a professional drawing and animation app. I recommend u to get procreate by it is an amazing professional animation app and in my opinion is is definitely better than this one. This is just my opinion. And it is just constructive criticism so I hope the the dev can learn a bit from this. -A artist

After paying for access or what I thought was everything, this app upon opening tells me that I should pay for “supreme “ access. See, I thought was paying for when I paid for “everything” access. I’m really getting tired of this kind misrepresentation. If this Apple app wanted to charge interested individuals more, it should be right there, instead of yet another charge. To allow one of their software providers to do this sort of thing, doesn’t speak well for the merchant in that instance, Apple is signaling to its app entrepreneurs that they can find other means of bilking their customers for yet another means of charging their customers and Apple could care less if the charges fall within what is described in the App Store. It also means that the pricing structure Apple employs has teeth and a means that apps created that this particular app needs to be policed a bit by Apple. I’ll be waiting and watching.
