How to fix MagicCall app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MagicCall app on iPhone
Update MagicCall app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MagicCall iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MagicCall on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MagicCall network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MagicCall Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MagicCall not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MagicCall App
1. On android, goto Settings » MagicCall » click [Force Stop]

Update MagicCall to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MagicCall App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MagicCall » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MagicCall.

Fix MagicCall unable to contact server/ MagicCall internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MagicCall » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MagicCall » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MagicCall
