The user interface and the logic of this app is terrible. I don’t think anyone from this company used and tested the app. You would think STC would actually spend money and test this app but no unfortunately. 1. Sign up and buying a subscription is so painful I tried using 2 phone number and 2 emails and still can’t sign up 2. The error message say nothing other than something went wrong 3. When you try to upgrade a subscription they tell you can’t because you already have lite version due to you postpaid STC line. I want to upgrade and I only have 1 phone number. 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻. I am offering you more money but no you must use another phone number. 4. I actually finally signed up with email and paid the premium and still the channels don’t work and they tell me yes we charged you but have you received a confirmation email 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻terrible app, terrible logic and the worst customer service.

The web site is very glitchy, one time it says i canceled my subscription and the other time it says welcome back.
The website stopped working on safari 🤔have no idea why
Now the app is slow and buggy, it wont connect to my chrome cast

Why would this be available on the App Store when it’s not available in my area you guys were going to charge me monthly you had me already in rolled through iTunes and then you tell me it’s not available in the area but you still did not cancel the payment not very trustful
