EZAudioCut - Audio Editor Lite Reviews

Rating is due to trial requirements. I will say that EZAudioCut does serve me quite well even so, and works better for me than the dedicated podcasting app I use. I do wish they'd stop automatically changing file names when you wish to export, though. 3.5 or 4 stars would probably be my actual rating here.

EZAudioCut is not visually appealing or the easiest-to-use from the get go (no labels or tutorial) but only takes a minute to figure out the most essential functions. Besides that, it’s a pretty solid app in regards to functionality... editing/cutting audio haha.

I guess, I wish there was some sort of overlap/layering of audio samples.

EZAudioCut works ok for 3 tracks. The functionality is there, although hidden behind a clunky and unintuitive UI. After you have exported 3 tracks, you are forced to leave a 5-star review to continue using EZAudioCut . I initially tried to leave a 5-star review to “unlock the trail (sic) version” since I was already 30min deep into an edit, but it never actually unlocked anything or allowed me to export my project. Without the fake reviews, I’d rate EZAudioCut a 3/5 for a no-frills audio editor. The extortion of 5-star ratings drops it from 3/5 to 1/5.

A Click and drag for making selections would be efficient though. Large 800mb audio file took less than 5mins to upload! yes, overall— I would recommend this product.

I have tried over a dozen times (and after upgrading to the no-ad version) but if I bring in a recording that is, for example, 60 seconds long and then cut off the first and last 20 seconds, I should have the middle 20 seconds, right? That's what I do and it plays correctly on the editor screen, but when I export, the exported file will be the right length but shifted about 10-15 seconds, meaning my export will be about seconds 12-32 of the original file instead of 20-40.

I needed a audio editor that would allow me to adjust the pitch and tone to my songs and by golly, this app made it ever so ... not difficult to quickly adjust to therefore love.

Great app, I was able to cut my music seamlessly. Don’t save you song until you are finished completely, because you won’t be able to undo any cuts after that when you go to edit.

EZAudioCut is forcing me to write a five star review to unlock the export feature. I tried several times but was unable to export a file. After five failed attempts EZAudioCut considered successful I can no longer export at all without a five star review.

EZAudioCut is pretty garbage so far.

I needed something to record quickly for an audition and EZAudioCut was so easy to use. Also I need to export something long so I'm reviewing so it’ll give me more time. The time limit is annoying but otherwise I like it a lot

Required to give 5-star review to upgrade/export more audio files. App is glitchy and freezes every time you try to export. Excessive ads make it hard to do anything. Am looking for an alternative.

I use EZAudioCut to introduce baseball/softball players. I am easily able to upload and edit songs, and also record names and numbers after uploading the song all within the free app. EZAudioCut is perfect!!

Forced to do a 5 star to copy a file.... if this was truly a 5 star app, it would not force a 5 star rating. The ads are enough. I give it 3 stars only because it does allow me to import a file and edit.

I’ve been using EZAudioCut for a couple of months to split and cut out my audio recordings. I’ve never really had any issues with it. I would highly recommend this to a lot of people.

Though right now it’s asking me to write a 5-star review in order to export my sound file. Which is honestly fine with me since it otherwise works well. Let’s see if I can get my file now...

I used it to take a presentation and chopped it up to separate segments. I was able to increase the audio and crop the file to a presentable version. I then uploaded it to Google Drive since they were too large to send on email. Good luck.

If you’re looking to make audio and transfer it anywhere, this works for me. Many apps didn’t work for me, but this one makes it possible to record and cut and transfer...it’s just exactly what it needs to be.

This is a great app for recording. I used it to record my first audiobook. I tried using other apps but they simply did not work with the format I needed for recording. EZAudioCut is easy to use and edit with having editing skills.

After downloading EZAudioCut I received an alert that I had 2 simultaneous password leaks. I have never had this happen before. EZAudioCut is not trustworthy and upon opening it asked for access to different private information/data multiple times. Do not download EZAudioCut it is a waste and will do you more harm than good. Somehow I cannot give EZAudioCut zero stars so I am forced to give it one.

Love this site, it makes it easy af to do my music thanks guys, I didn’t appreciate this site until i tried other ones and this is has been amazing for me I will rep EZAudioCut anyday when asked about who i use thanks for everything real talk

I’ve been recording my podcast episodes on EZAudioCut it’s so easy to use and the editing is EASY! Definitely recommend for anybody that needs an on the go recording and editing app

Love the whole concept but just one issue.. and that is from my purchase for the advanced. Didn’t get what I was suppose to get, tried restoring it didn’t work, can’t really contact the developer because of of different language but still I love EZAudioCut overall.

Spent a long time trying out editing tools for my up and coming podcast, this was by far the best! Simple to use and EZ to understand, some adds but not an annoying amount. All around an amazing tool. Thank you Team!

After looking through EZAudioCut store to find an app that I can use to shorten out the annoying parts of my music, I came across EZAudioCut and I am not disappointed!!! EZAudioCut is very easy to use and me not knowing much about "tuning" music, I found it simple!!!!!

I really enjoy using EZAudioCut to edit audio and its layout is similar enough to Audacity that I knew how to navigate it really quickly.

I downloaded a few other apps before I came across this one. Easiest to use and felt the most like the desktop editors I’m used to

Unbelievably easy to use, exactly what I was looking for to edit out noise at the beginning and end of simple audio recordings.

And incredibly good noise reduction in the sound quality too!

Takes a little to use without reading directions. But worth the running.

I opened the file from IPhone folder. The file was in EZAudioCut fast and easy. Cut the audio in two seconds. Great app.
