I love the idea. I love the flow of cards. I love the informational videos and images... until it was gone?
I have been using the Smartcards to stay on top of the 2020 model CX9 features, as well as the new CX30 model that has training and features scattered throughout different Mazda Apps...and all the information that has been taken OFF of Mazda smartcards app, what happened to “The Sandbox” section? Why did the entire CX30 information card go away permanently?
When will we see training, or any organized info, on the models that we ALREADY have in dealerships?
I’m disappointed, again, with Mazda sales and training department officials, for releasing a select few of the 2020 models information, and then removing it.
