The date stamp automatically appears on all photos. Manually removing it for every photo I want to filter is unnecessarily taxing. Even if the stamp is unselected in the Settings menu, it still appears as default on photos uploaded and taken via Kamon .

Also, it would be nice if I could customize and set a default filter (level, light, etc.) which is automatically applied to all photos that I upload. I usually use Kamon to retroactively filter photos that I took on my phone camera, and I always filter them the same way. It’d be most useful if I did not have to make the manual adjustments every time I use Kamon.

It would be good if Kamon randomized the effects for uploaded photos. I can’t use portrait mode with Kamon so the I have to pick my own filters every time I upload them, otherwise the uploaded photo to Kamon is always the same filter. If the layout for the filters were nicer, Kamon would be perfect. The layout for picking your filter effects is awful and it just makes me not want to use it.

It’s hard to edit photos when they don’t rotate the right way in Kamon .. & the date stamp is way too big & fake looking...

Also I wish I had the ability to choose what size ratio I want my photos to be taken in. :(

I know I can always import a photo from my album & edit it, but I want to be able to take photos from within in Kamon in the 9:16 size please! It would make life so much easier! :/

Kamon allows for all of the realistic vintage camera effects you could ask for. The only improvement I could possibly ask for is the ability to add barrel-distortion/color separation. But for quick “this is really an old photo from the 80s/90s” effects, Kamon delivers.

Not bad but there’s a glitch in the Pro version where the imported images that you edit are saved with a larger date than those shot within Kamon . Also, once you shoot an image on Kamon , you can add filters but not remove the ones that were randomly set. If that were fixed I’d give 5 stars!

The effects that make it really really cool and old style look just like the real thing! It’s so nice looking, I’d give it five stars. I put four because the demo should let you take more pictures before advertising the full version. Other than that, looks amazing! Thank you.

Would really like it if the editing tool (in the pro version) could be used in portrait mode. Because I wanna see the full effects and I can’t do that when everything is on landscape mode. Also, it would be appreciated if the date on the left hand corner would stop becoming smaller when the picture is in the process of being saved, I want people to see the date, not waste time trying to find it. Please make updates to fix these. Thank you :)

i paid for Kamon & would LOVE if you could do more of the light / texture features BUT with the option of layering them on top of each other vs having to save the photo and do it over again. OVERALL, i have to say it’s so fun to play with! i truly love the different filters and effects. i use it very frequently to add some more character onto my photos.

I love Kamon , I use it all the time to take candid pics of my friends

I wish some of the camera options didn’t save with a frame around the picture. I guess I wish there was an option for if you wanted frames or not… you can do it for your camera roll pics but not that i’ve found for taking direct pics from Kamon .

I downloaded Kamon and i immediately loved it! I’m always so in love with the beautiful views, especially on vacation but it never felt as real and gorgeous with the regular photos. Even better i can edit any photo i want and make it look exactly how I’ve been imaging it. I’ve never loved taking photos more and I’m so glad i found Kamon. Made my photos look magnificent

Really good app so far I love the options you get to choose from for free. I just downloaded Kamon so I can’t give it 5 stars just yet! I’m not sure what else I can do with Kamon but I’m excited to keep testing this out! I highly recommended downloading it for quick and easy filter for awesome photos!

I downloaded this a while back but then stopped using it for a while, but recently wanted to go back to it, and love the new updates, it’s great! Especially love being able to customize the photo so much

Love that there’s multiple camera options, I’ve been having so much fun playing around with all the options and the different effects, the quality of the photos is stunning, one of my favorite photo taking apps to use! Also, the disposable camera interfacing with the viewfinder is a really cute option. It’s got pretty good variety and great quality, easy to use and a good element of surprise with how the photos will turn out - something that we’ve lost in the digital age and Kamon captures a little bit of that, kinda like the HUJI app, this one has more options which is awesome! Def recommended to anyone looking for a way to bring variety to their photos and capture something in a more vintage style nd aesthetic 👌👌

Arguably better than any of those Instagram disposable cameras you can purchase like camp snap and others alike. I use it all the time and the customization is worth the purchase. If you’re a photographer or photo enthusiast I highly recommend

i love Kamon! it’s the first one i’ve found where you can change the date and adjust the light and everything! it’s free but once you do a certain amount you have to pay but it’s like $10 for the year so not bad!

I have been looking for an app that has preset Polaroid and film filters along with the frames, and I could not find an app that has both features anywhere, and I literally tried at least 10 apps before this. I am sooooo glad that I stumbled upon Kamon it’s filters are so realistic and the frames are perfect and the best part is that it is all for free!! Thank you so much to the creators of Kamon and I hope you guys are super successful ( also I have never written a review for anything let alone a whole app in my life so I hope you guys can tell just how much I love Kamon!!)

After trying many different apps I finally came across this one and haven’t felt the need to look elsewhere. These filters are great and help on projects that I don’t want to edit on a more time-consuming level. It’s my go-to!

Very good app so far! Novel and addicting. Has crashed maybe once per hour or so of use... so not bad but still annoying when it happens. Also would be much smoother if the loading icon didn’t pop up so large between filter previews. Access to albums would make it faster for the user as well.

I like the new update on the ability to see what effects are before we select them vs the numbers option. I do like how we can select the type of time stamps. I do however don’t like the fact we can’t change the 3D-Ish effect that is placed on to the photo edit before we even start editing. If anything that effect should also be enabled and disabled. Hope the developers can see this and agree to the change

Kamon has helped me creatively diversify my pictures even more enjoying the craft even more. All in the grasp of my own phone without having to deal with the film. Really enjoying every time I use it’s features
