How to fix GUU app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GUU app on iPhone
Update GUU app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GUU iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GUU on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GUU network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

GUU Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GUU not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the GUU App
1. On android, goto Settings » GUU » click [Force Stop]

Update GUU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GUU App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GUU » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GUU.

Fix GUU unable to contact server/ GUU internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GUU » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GUU » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GUU
