Refresh Rate Is Terrible!

I love the features, too bad they do not work. I even bought the platinum upgrade however the speed function (GOS based) takes anywhere from 1-3 minutes to update. This is totally unacceptable. Not sure why this issue cannot work near instantaneous as it does on every other app.

I bought the package but no were does it have the tools guide to switch programs
Example I want to see weather in 9 diferrnt locations
I want to find my phone and my children phones by using this system dosent guide you . But says it as the capability’s show me how .
I am training for relief programs and these tools if real ?,could be very helpful .
If you cannot show me how to use your product
Then give me my money back .

Ok app but it does not rotate. Ok on iPhone but big pain on iPad. Plus not way to turn of subscription.
