2 years agoMy friend, kate, used lens buddy to take photos of us and the photos deleted after 24 hours. Can you tell me why? How do I recover them , it says in the app there is nothing to recover.

2 years agoHi I am contacting you to cancel my lens . As been advised that not to wear them but of my Cataracs in both . And plus I used my husband card and he never Authorised the payment. You seem to be taking payment twice a month I don’t know why.

3 years agohi, i took some pics earlier with the lens buddy app and some of them appeared just as blank grey boxes in my camera roll and i deleted the app before noticing :( is there any way to recover my photos or solve this issue?? im very upset

Great concept, terrible execution
I would love this app if it would stop crashing on me every time I use it. I appreciate how conveniently all the photos are put into their own album by date and the timer settings, but to load a single image takes 30+ seconds and if I scroll more than a few photos the entire app crashes. I’ve tried deleting all the data off the app and starting fresh and it will still crash. Every. Time. I’m so fed up with the poor quality useless updates.

great app that could use some fixing
i don’t normally write reviews for apps but this one really has the potential to be perfect! i love the concept and all of its features. unfortunately, the app crashes whenever i go through the photos i’ve taken (usually multiple times). additionally when i go to save my favorites to my camera roll i either don’t get all of them, OR end up with a bunch of duplicate photos. i’ve deleted all the photos off the app, updated it to the latest version, updated my phone, and tried uninstalling/reinstalling. i’m at a loss! i really think once these things are worked out it’ll be a great app!

Good App with a few issues
This is could be really great App but there are a few issues with it. First-always crashes when you go through your pictures that you did. I will try to change settings to save my pics directly on my phone, not in an App itself. Second thing-it saves your pictures as JPEG which gives you poorer quality from normal iPhone photos taken with selfie remote control. Maybe they will add different types of files to choose from like HEIF (this is how my iPhones photos are being saved). Overall good App with (I hope) potential.
