I was so excited when I found MentalUP. Unfortunately after upgrading to try premium it crashed after every game we played.

The ad states “Online IQ Test Free”. Took the test and no score was given. Was told to compare results to others by downloading MentalUP . No score was given after MentalUP was downloaded. The test did not carry over. One star for a misleading ad. I did not want to improve memory, I wanted what was advertised.

We used the free version for a little while to see how we liked it. I got an offer pop up when my daughter went to play so I decided to subscribe for a year. It never worked. When I contacted customer support about it they told me they had no record of my purchase and couldn’t help me. Even when I sent them the receipt from the apple store. They recommended I contact the apple store for a refund and reiterated there was nothing they could do. I’ve paid for a subscription that I can’t use. Absurd.

This is an awesome game. My sister and I love using it. I just have a few complaints: on my iPod Touch, I get a notification every day telling me I should buy the premium version. This is annoying. On my computer, I don’t get these notifications. My other complaint is that they use a time and money system that is different from mine, so I can’t understand some of the games. Otherwise, it’s a very fun and engaging game.

I got MentalUP because I wanted to get smarter but when I was about to start playin it said 7 day for free? Like what? I am not allowed to get apps that I have to pay for so I was disappointed.

I forgot my password and there is no remedy except to start from the beginning again. Problem.... I purchased a 3-month package and I don’t want to start over again as a new user! I want a link to reset my password!! I’ve contacted via email... but no response! Very frustrating!! I would give a 2 stars, but again, MentalUP is not interactive on this level, instead pushing me to a 5-star rating! Grrrr.

I just got this program for my 11-year old son based on the recommendation of my friend who is a counselor. As I was perusing MentalUP , I was disappointed to see such a lack of diversity in the playmate emoji options. In any arena and most particularly in the education arena, representation matters. Please add more diverse options to your virtual playground.

I look forward to using the program and offering a fuller opinion based our use of the application.

This is an educational game & app for kids and it just makes what it says on its advert so I appreciate the value that brings to our children.

Challenging, visually appealing, and I love the friendly sound of the person who guides players through the games. I would highly recommend MentalUP for both teachers and parents!

I play this game all of the time and it’s so fun!! I don’t like doing schoolwork but with this game, it makes it kinda fun! I love seeing the average points and my points. The time limit is fun as well because I like doing it faster so that I can beat the average. This is an amazing game!!!!

This is a good activity game series, but it is not free. A monthly subscription is required after a limited time period. (About level 22).

I think this game is educational
