Why can’t you zoom out?

App doesn’t even track your location while the phone is locked. Lost a lot of time driving due to this. And even through it was running the whole time it said it couldn’t give me the credit since it didn’t track where I went. Horrible quality.

I use this for tracing my walking route. Midway through the tracer jumped to a spot 3 miles from my location which I didn’t notice til I got home. So that’s not very accurate. This a phone problem?
Cannot pause a trip.
Cannot delete a trip.

i went on a 35 minute drive and when i hit stop it told me that it couldn’t get enough location data so that’s TERRIBLE 😡

I used this for a work project - the MSP worked great, but the photos - not so much. None of the share options work ... update to Gallery? Where are they supposed to go? Nothing has shown up in my photos (iPhone). Share URL? The recipient gets a link but only to the map with none of the photos attached. Export GPX file? To where? I’ve not been able to find anything resembling a GPX file on my phone. I need to be able to download the photos ... and I need the photos to show up with the link. Create functionality to be able to see the map and images on the web and this would be much better. Oh - and being able to tag or write a photo description would be helpful too. Thanks for listening.

I think it would be cool to have iCloud support so that you can keep your locations everywhere with you wherever you go. You could probably keep your data backed up to the cloud, in case you need to reinstall TrackMyJourney . Just a suggestion.

Nice, but not reliable. TrackMyJourney randomly crashes, leaving you without portions of your trip. You need to check it periodically to make sure it’s still running. (Not a location services or background refresh issue—both of those are enabled on my phone for TrackMyJourney.)

I work as a delivery driver so this could be very useful for me. But when I go to My Trips it sometimes just shuts down. At least half the time I ask it to recall a day’s journey it shuts off. . Am I asking it to remember too many trips? I only have about 12 trips stored. Is that too much for it? I travel between 60 to 150 miles per day.

This is a really accurate app! I’d love to see support for Apple Trackers and other popular brands, as well as common dog tracking collars like the Fi 2 Collar. Many tracking apps have great hardware, but lackluster software that cannot harness the power of the hardware well due to poor development. Pairing their hardware to your app could be a much more accurate option!

Developers one thing you need to do. I route a near 10 hour trip with multiple turns and u-turns. Sometimes I overlap a previous turn and can’t see which way I went because of the line being blue.

I’m not sure how this can be fixes but if it is I would give you all five stars.

Like sometimes you can’t tell when to make a right turn because to lines overlap or left turn.
