I have been using the Volt for almost 3 years and have not had a problem but today I could not check in. When I open the app it opens a login screen, when I click on login a message comes up "Walmart Volt" wants to use "voltsystems.net" to sign in, when I click on continue it moves to a sign in screen asking for an email or telephone but when I enter the email or phone # and click next the screen stays the same but clears the email or phone # that I entered and I can't get past that screen to enter a password and get to the App. I would appreciate if you could help me with this issue. Well my company I work for is helping on the Mars Team and my boss said they are working on the Verication emails. Was signed up to work today but no email. I used to have an account when I worked for TNG and I work for SAS now. Do not remember my password can you all help me with it. I am sure I need to do a new picture so I have waited all day. I am a contractor and need Volt. I have been trying for a week to receive the email link. It hasn't come through my company email, nor through a personal email. I would like to know what can be done to help in this situation? I may have to change projects if I can't get link to app!! So upsetting!!
BEWARE-Don’t do training certification on computer!!!

I did the certification on my computer not knowing it would ask you to download the app after you’re certified. Big mistake. I did receive an email in Outlook on my phone stating I’m done with training and to download the app, so I downloaded Volt to my phone. The problem is after logging in with the app, under Certifications it’s saying that I haven’t done the training and wanting me to do it again!!!
Who does a training module on their IPhone??? I’m really hoping I don’t have to spend another hour taking this because I already took it!!! Very frustrated. Solutions anyone???

Volt is hit-and-miss at best. There are NEVER times when I can do everything needed with Volt that I need to. Sometimes I can’t log in to the store, and sometimes I can’t log out. Then I might be able to scan, or it might not. Volt is not as user friendly as the old system I used, SPARC. Printing from the app is pretty much useless. Basically all that I can see Volt being useful for is the stores, and big brother, knowing when we clock in to the store.

Half of the items that I scan it won’t give me a location and then when I’m working the store it signed me out like every 10 minutes and I have to keep signing back in and it won’t remember my password or my email address so I have to keep putting it back in very inconvenient
