I’ve tried several times to enter/play the fan experiences, and almost every time I’ve been unable to participate. I’m sitting in a game while writing this review, where I should already have three bingos, and yet there have been a total of 0 updates to the board. When the selfie cam was prompted, I opened the section for it, and was unable to participate. Same thing with the light-show. It just continued to say “syncing” throughout the entire time it was supposed to be working. BYUCougars has not worked more often than it has, and is extremely aggravating to deal with. It is however, very fun on the seldom times when it functions properly.

I wish BYUCougars had existed a long time ago, I’ve been coming to BYU games for years and always wanted to rewatch the games biggest highlights. Never did I think I’d be able to order food right from my phone so I didn’t have to wait in those big lines. BYUCougars gives me the ability of not missing any of the action, and if I do replay has me covered! Thank you for making my game day experience even better. GO COUGS!!

This is a huge step forward for the program. I the WiFi in stadium is awesome now and I can finally listen to the games on the radio while in the stadium without burning through data. Not to mention order ahead food and delivery to your seat.

I was unable to view the Arizona game last week because I was out of the house all night. The radio feature helped me stay on top of what was goin on. Loved BYUCougars . Can’t wait to try it out next week at the stadium with all of the features. Works great on my iPhone X. No crashing or problems whatsoever.

This is elevating the Cougar experience! Can’t believe how fast clips and replays load with basically zero buffering. Watching past highlights and plays gives me chills and the convenience of the radio section makes keeping up with Cougs on the go super easy. Very dope app that I’ll be using all year.

It’s the best having stats on the players and being able to watch instant replays. And I love being able to skip the lines and just pick up my food when it’s ready 🙌

When trying to interact with stadium events BYUCougars takes so long to open that you miss the opportunity. So either encourage the stadium announcer to give users more time or improve the lag when opening BYUCougars and making selections.

Fantastic idea on how make the Gameday experience better at the stadium. The stadiums merchandise store is so small, and the fact that you can now order memorabilia on BYUCougars and they bring it to you is sweet!

Used it for the first time during the Cal game. The wifi reception was A+ which helped BYUCougars 's functionality. One area that kept it from receiving a 5/5 was the radio broadcast. It was behind live play by at least 10 seconds. Also, the inclusion of the team roster would help.

On the “Reserved for Gameday” splash screen that tells you BYUCougars only works in LaVell Edwards Stadium for home football games and the Marriott Center for home basketball games...you spelled Marriott incorrectly. It has two (2) “t” in the name, not one.

All the menus and tab bar icons are mashed up against the edges of the screen on the iPhone XS Max, making it hard to even tap the buttons. Otherwise, pretty solid

Video replays are awesome. Love that I can skip concession lines. New features being added every game that are great.

Maybe they had some intent to improve the in-game experience for fans, but it’s lost in execution. This is a poorly design app that gives up too much space for ads and is used to for in-game sponsorships. NCAA games are already too commercialized. We don’t need more.

BYUCougars seems to awesome! But I am having the hardest timing getting the sound to work! I have a iPhone 8 Plus and it will not work. I have deleted and redownloaded BYUCougars at least 20 times. If anyone has a solution let me know!

It just doesn’t work right. The “light show” only works half the time. The fan bingo doesn’t update right. None of the shopping works. Just not worth the hassle.

Has good stuff in BYUCougars , but it’s updated so late for that day’s game. Also the Light Show never synced for me right in the middle of the stadium. Bummer.

Every time I get into BYUCougars it just freezes and you cant do any thing I let it sit there for 30 minutes and it still is on the loading screen

I haven't been to a BYU football game in a couple of years. Everything was great except the BYU concession food stand. Service was fast but beyond that. My wife and granddaughter got a hot dog. Out of the steamer drawer into their hands. The buns so 'deflated' that they barely covered the hotdog. - taste was OK. I ordered a cheese burger - out of the same warming drawer - which I realize allows for quick serving, but it kills the food. That was just part of it. The burger was made from some ground meat that was horrible. I had parts of bone and gristle throughout the piece of meat. A very rough grade of ground beef and probably the lowest price. For the charge of 7 for a burger, BYU should step up and get a better grade of meet. The bun was fine - but the meat horrible. Next time - I'll go to one of the other venders. Terrible product from BYU!

I’ve tried using the app at two games this season and both times ordering concessions and goods was not available, replays were cut short or wouldn’t load. The light show and selfie cam wouldn’t ever sync last week. Is there very limited functionality currently?
