I have been playing this game for many many years, going back to September of 2017. I have had to restart upon getting a new phone, because of this, it wouldn't login to my original facebook account. It locks you on an account once signed in. Upon restarting, I realize that new players start with absolutely nothing. Forcing you to have to pay to get coins in order to even compete. No one should have to do that. So thats the first issue, its not new player friendly whatsoever. My second issue is the bots you play. There is absolutely no reason in the world they should be averaging 200+ every game when the player average is a 160. This makes it to where you only lose money and its not like you are even giving it to another player, you are giving it all to a bot that is programmed in here to have unlimited coins because well they are bots. Once again there is no reason whatsoever they should be averaging 40+ pins higher than your actual average. Im halfway tempted to just give up and find something better because I'm not spending money on a game that is so expensive just to level up attributes like smartness and strength. If you dont believe its a problem, I’m now level 27 and upgrades are already costing hundreds of thousands of coins (700k for instance) All and all this game does not balance well at all with in game purchases and the amount of coins you can make. Please fix these issues and make this game great again.

Each time I leave a bad review I finally get a response, but only afterwards. “Please send your receipts”??? After a couple months? No thanks, YOU screwed up, and at this point you find out what the story is, or don’t. I’m fine with your horrible service, unless I hear from you. And here’s the last one, so everyone can keep up. Game is deleted

After at least ten attempt to contact them, the only response I’ve gotten has been when leaving an unfavorable review. Three purchases without receiving what I paid for.

This last time, after months, NOW I’m told in there last response, only after a bad review, that they need receipts after months. I told them when it happened, and got NO response, but NOW months later they want something. It was more than this, but go and give me two of the three balls I purchased, and I’ll return to the game, only because I know I won’t get any one of the three I was no given after paying for them. I know they read these reviews, do I guess we’ll see how much they value their customers and if they are just money hungry or if their concerned with fair service

*Update* after reaching out to the developer with no luck and reading and watching a few things online nothing changed. Waited a few months, nothing changed. The only way to fix my problem is uninstall and reinstall and that only works until I close the game. As soon as I come back no matter what I do the ball goes straight, no rotation whatsoever. I am forced to downgrade my rating and just completely remove this game from my phone, since nothing has been done since October. Nice try Belmo but you should have picked a dev that could support your product. I won't be redownloading or changing my rating due to developer negligence so don't even try.

*original review* This game could be fun but it has many bugs and flaws. Firstly, when I first left the game to came back to play, I had no balls on my ball return and had to figure out how to get them back. It was not explained. Secondly, after leaving the first time I now can't get the ball to hook. No matter the release settings the ball goes completely straight and I can find no way to remedy this.
It could be fun but it is nothing but frustrating at the moment.
