Great app.. Only issue is that each time it changes status and moves me to next department; It wants me to rate the new person assigned to me before I can access CaseStatus . This is before I have had a chance to speak to that person. Hard to rate someone if you have not spoken to them yet.

I can’t believe that I had a 10% rating and after turning my rating increase claim over to Veterans Guardians, I was increased to a unbelievably 100% rating after 4 months of waiting. Before going with Veterans Guardians, I had been applying for well over 20 years on my own. It was well worth the fee that was charged by Veterans Guardians considering I will receive my compensation for a lifetime. Don’t waste a another moment, start your claim today. Everyone on my team from start to finish was phenomenal, and made me feel like I was important. I can’t thank them enough.

CaseStatus is a game changer! Before I was never able to get a hold of my attorney. With case status I am always able to see where I am at in my case and get a hold of someone at the law firm. It’s so easy to use, it’s like my personal Instagram for my legal case. Every client should have their attorney using case status!

I had a slip and fall and Hines Law was extremely professional, and kept me informed the entire time and my intake representative assigned me case manager and my case manger moved my case along in reference to me receiving the proper medical treatments, and getting timely referrals, for my medical ailments I encountered that is to keep my medical treatment plan progressing, to get my medical treatments progressed that is to get my injuries that I encountered addressed and Mathew Hines Law is the best law firm in Atlanta and I'm in the final phases of the settlement process so I rate Mathew Hines Law firm a straight up 5 stars.

They are real lawyers ! Pay them the money necessary and feel secure with them handling it. I am from the Midwest and did my research prior. My trademark is now official and it took more than a year to finalize but that’s normal for the trademark office. You cannot use the cheap sites and expect a trademark.

Awesome law firm, they immediately got to work on my case giving me a great relief, and a even more relief being able to see the status of my case and talk to someone almost instantly.

The law firm of Pond, Lehocky Giordano did a great job of keeping the process running smoothly and keeping me aware was a great thing for me and my family. My only complaint is the backend costs for medical records transfer fees to SSDI from my care providers.

The pain of being disabled and having to deal with the government “helping” me is offset by how painless this SSDI team has helped and guided me through the process this far.
I’m a little older and not technically friendly but that had no bearing on how effective this team knows their craft and how to guide me every step of the way.

Since the 16th the day I received my letter I have received top notch service and support.
