Practice mode Glitch for 4 months!!!

It’s been 4 months support can’t deal with practice mode glitch.
We can’t post any video, however the practice mode is not on.
Before was everything well operating and we posted lots of videos. It is just ridiculous how support can’t fix it since May!!!

I am having issues starting live-streams on iPhone or iPad it’s telling me I need to change the frame rate but I did not change anything recently... confused and also not receiving any answers from the developer

I’m an approved influencer but this app always says it’s experiencing technical difficulties and I cannot log in. Just crazy for being one of the biggest companies in the world.
I emailed support so I will upgrade if it gets fixed.
