Likee - Short Video Community Reviews

I really like Likee. It’s fun, child friendly, and a great alternative for apps like tiktok,etc. I don’t like the fact that you have to pay for the diamonds. I understand that Likee has to get money to keep updating, but there should be an alternative because there’s mainly younger children on there(whose parents would say no if they asked for diamonds) so maybe watching an ad can get you 5 diamonds or something like that. Also there’s creeps on Likee , too. This is another issue that needs to be fixed soon. There’s also people who don’t post their own videos. That’s probably the worst part. I could be looking at one account one day but I will see that there’s 30 others. So I don’t know if I’m even following someone from Likee . It makes me feel so sad that there are people who put out great content but a fake account gets more likes or views than them. this app is an amazing app, but there’s sooo much to fix.
Here’s an update to my review. If you go live, and you have haters for whatever reason they will REPORT you and they will stop you from going live. It’s really annoying because I can no longer go live. That’s unfortunate because I really had fun going live. I don’t know what I did wrong because this app won’t tell me! I even emailed them and I got no response. So please watch out for that.

Likee is awesome. Your new designs are nice and are really useful. And I know that you guys do your very best on making Likee successful for the people who enjoy it. I just have one little problem though. From your app Like, you had levels that when you reached them, you can have special privileges. One that I found out that stood up to me was the one where if you reached level 25, you can remove the watermark on your videos. So I have been trying so hard to earn my way up to level 25 by making videos and giving out gifts on other people’s live-streams. When I was close on reaching level 25 which I am on level 23, you guys came up with the brand new update this app. I first thought, “Oh cool! I can’t wait to see what new stuff they had added.” But when I went to go check on the level and special privileges section, I saw that the remove watermark special privilege was gone 😔. I’m not forcing you guys to do anything. But I just want to let you guys know that I worked so hard to get to level 25 and I would really appreciate it if you were to bring it back so my work wouldn’t have to go to waste. But either than that. Marvelous job, and keep making new discoveries and ideas to show the world. Thank you for your time.

Here’s the thing. this app is obviously a reference to liking a video right? Well I can’t do that!!! This is very weird...my device doesn’t show to like a vid but anyways besides that Likee is actually very very very awesome! The filters not only make Likee ’s ability to shoot a video better but it makes Likee more enjoyable!!! I love that you can put content from roblox videos to comedy videos to just about everything! There is a thing for everyone on Likee!!! I love it so much and I think it deserves way more attention than it has right now because of Likee filters and the content. But there is another thing that I love about Likee...the login. Many apps have difficult login and sign ups. But Likee changed that! All they needed where your account and your number and that’s it. All you have to fill out! Most of other apps need different things because “it helps with the experience of Likee ” but it is mostly a waste of time with other social apps and Likee changed it all! pretty great app. there’s just a lot of little kids on there who were taking it over and being really rude to people, and I find that it’s really stupid because I heard that Likee was a replacement for TikTok if it got shut down and it is place 13+. and there are some nine-year-olds on here who are harassing and bullying so many adults and anyone older than them, and it’s like the smallest inappropriate thing they see on their fyp- they hate on it. and I think it’s funny because Likee is 13+ so anyone who buys it just be aware that there are a lot of little kids who hate on people because if something is a smidge inappropriate on their fyp they harass the owner. but the concern that I think is actually kind of funny is that those little kids are harassing them, right? But it’s technically the kids fault for those videos being on their fyp. like what were you looking at to get those videos on your fyp? like they get mad because it’s inappropriate but the thing is, is it’s on the kids’ fyp- so what were they looking at to cause those videos to pop-up? anyway otherwise it’s a really good app. i absolutely recommend <3

this app is one of my favorite apps. Here are my reasons: 1. It brings me so much fun. There are a lot of fantastic vids to see and share. 2. You get to learn trendy songs and new dances. There are many kinds of stickers, all of which are very beautiful. New stickers and activities will be added in time for different festivals. The special effects are also very good. 3. You can have friends on there and follow people they are following, catching up what's new. you can like their vids and you can get likes too. 4. You can duet with videos you think are funny and interesting. I've noticed that this app is actually recommending good videos from normal users besides their crowned creators. Actually I didn't have many followers before, but one day I took a funny video of me and my brother and we were fighting on that video. The video suddenly get over 10 thousand likes and I got more than 1 thousand new followers and I was in the top 10 list that day. This encauraged me to create more funny vids. because of this, I learn to cut videos and make soecial effect scenes, which makes me master more technical skills. I just love this app and have recommend it to my besties and families.

I really love Likee. I like the page design of this app very much, the module partition of different functions is obvious, which is very easy for a novice to get started. I like to use it to record my life and share it with others. When I first joined I was kind of nervous, and not sure if I'm gonna just use it once then leave it somewhere on my phone. But it is super interesting has suprisingly made me feel so confident. I feel the community is very supportive for all the users. It will not only recommend funny videos for me, but support me when I receive hating comments. When there are comments from haters, other users will come and help. I guess this app also take care of such comments after people reporting them(cuz sometimes I saw hating comments removed). And people there like to send nice words. I remembered that one time there was a has a hating comment under my post, many people sent private messages to me and told me not to care about that. After a while, that hating comment was removed. How warm they are!! I love watching all of the creative and talented people on this app and I can see the joy and happiness it brings to everyone.

I used to use Likee a lot and loved it until you changed literally every possible thing where certain songs previously used or used by other users started going against your rules plus you can’t change any login information without emailing them everything about your account this is supposed to be for teenagers but if you use you phone number to login and it has to be changed for any reasons don’t try to get into your old account because they want every kind of information some of it is just prying into your personal life. I will not download or recommend Likee to app to anyone it’s ridiculous I rather just download tik tok and use it same layout more songs and you don’t have to tell them reasons or prove your real by sending a picture of you license to them. You have gotten away to much to even make one video on you anymore. I will NEVER download or use this. I lost all my videos but most of them wasn’t approved anyways and I done the shortest and never once broke the rules but some of my videos got taken down for no reason Likee just needs to be completely deleted off of Likee Store no one should have to explain why they need to change their information for their account!!

this app is a really great app, I like the video content that you can make, and sounds that you can use, and it’s a great way to make friends and communicate. I don’t know when they took this off, but they had this thing called “moments” I’m pretty sure? And it was basically this part of this app where you can write whatever and post pictures on there. No videos or anything, and obviously you still weren’t able to say bad words or inappropriate language. I don’t get why this took this off? I loved that part and I didn’t have to do any hard work. I didn’t have to make any videos, all I had to do was write anything I wanted, and if I wanted, I could post a picture. I hope they read this and add this back because me and a lot of other people enjoyed it and miss it as well. Other than that, this app is a great app. Also, the sounds that some people use aren’t even inappropriate, and the videos aren’t posting. Saying that “it’s the sound” or “this video is inappropriate. “ when it isn’t. This has also been happening to me, and I would really appreciate if they fixed this. Likee is great for posting videos and all but, the pervert situation is going on real badly. These perverts are taking over this app and talking sexually to young girls, I get spammed by pedos liking my videos and looking through my videos being a stalker... it’s uncomfortable and I would always read their profiles and it would say “girls dm me for a good time” and it makes me so upset of how so many underaged girls really send inappropriate pictures to these pedos! They also catfish and send you inappropriate links, this app you really need to stop this! Blocking won’t help! It just disabled them commenting/chatting and that’s not enough! Pedos could still look through your videos! I also heard about this “jiggle” challenge created by a pedo. And there’s millions of underaged kids doing it and it makes me sick that there parents aren’t managing their phones! Pedos can safe your videos even if you disable the “other save videos” button. That could lead to perverts saving the video then sending it to other pedos and it’s going to spread but.. this app GET RID OF THESE PEVERTS RIGHT NOW! THEAE PERVERTS ARE RAIDING this app!

I like Likee and I had it for a long time and I do not feel comfortable making my videos public. So I made my videos private. One day I went on Likee and I noticed that some of my videos where now public. I would try to make them private but it wouldn’t let me hit the private button I was very confused and very uncomfortable so I saved all my videos that I could and deleted all my videos off Likee . I did not like this because it did not let me make my videos private again they state public and I do not feel comfortable with that. I’m not sure what happened but it shouldn’t happen to anybody because if they don’t feel comfortable posting like me the video should not become public for everybody to see and you can’t change it back to private which I think is very ridiculous. But besides that I had a very fun time watching videos on Likee and making videos. But sometimes I do get recommended stuff that I don’t like that I’m not interested in and I cinema interested in it but they keep recommending it to me and that is quite annoying but besides all that it is a very great apple for on is it a great alternative to Tik tok.

I am a famous social media influencer that was invited to Likee was verified for a long time things seemed to be going well. this app decided to make changes that down graded all certified creators on this platform. They told us all that it was just changes they’re were making no worries said our agents. After a month of this this app decided a to ask for more they wanted certified creators to prove themselves all over again as if your doing audacity on all over again in this process they made promises that everyone will get the new verification badge. This was not the case instead they took that away from so many creators including my self. I have been a influencer for Avery long time and verified on many platforms. I have never seen anything like this when this happens many left this app including myself as they are not great to do business with they ask for a lot with fake promises to make you shine. Beware everyone going on this platform of a agent contacts you and says they’re I’ll get your verified watch out as this abs been already proven as a scam. I will not ever use this platform again since it truly is a bunch of scammers running this platform. Your better off staying on other platforms where this type of thing won’t happen.

Likee is great!! All start with the great things. 1. Likee has basically ALL THE TRENDS FROM TIK TOK. 2. So many amazing creators, I met so many online besties. Now that ‘not so great’ things about this app....1. Bullies, some people are racists and make fun of people’s videos and body weight. Based off my experience, I got “cyber bullied” a lot because of my videos and my skin color. 2. Inappropriate men, there’s lots of inappropriate men on Likee . Known as “child predators” so be careful on what u post!!! 3. Underview, won’t post videos, won’t let you say some things on captions of videos, won’t let you say “Tik Tok”. Sometimes it will put * in the caption or *****. I don’t know why it does, but it doesn’t always do that. And it also won’t let you say “Tik Tok” so on this app call it the clock app or the ⏰⏰ app.4. You have to be 16+ to go live, some people make a 2nd acc to go live on Likee because it kicks you out if you are underage. If you are underage, you can go live with a parent the first time. And then if it kicked you out they mostly means your banned. That covers everything!! Hopefully you enjoy your this app experience and this helped!!

Likee is overall good but it has a lot of problems first of all they have made thousands of bots making it seem like they are real humans I know that because the put real human pictures and they all have one job make people think they are humans and make them like this app more by saying nice things in their comments plz don’t scam us like this and on more you can’t search for any song I mean people come from different religion and cultures and they want different kind of songs like Farsi songs so plz fix that and one more thing happens to me all the time I posted a lyrics of a song that was very innocent it was a song the name of the song was “driver license” it didn’t even have one photo in it. It was just the lyrics of the song with a black background and they took my video down and send me a message saying the video was inappropriate so I deleted it and put another video that was two best friends doing hand shake and then hug each other TWO Girls and the took it down so plz stop being so sensitive it really makes users frustrated and it’s really annoying and one more thing it doesn’t let you block people so please fix that and other then that it’s a good app with lots of great filters.

okay, let’s start out with the good things. so this app is a very good alternative for tiktok, because a lot of parents don’t want their kids on there, and in my opinion Likee is a lot safer with less graphic content. by graphic i just mean cussing, etc - stuff children should be exposed to. it has a lot of great creators as well. i will say that there are A LOT of impersonators. for example, people take charli d’amelio’s tiktok videos and post them on this app with the same captions and act like it’s really them. i have see so many of these accounts, including all the big influencers. there are also a lot of creeps. i know i said that this was a safer alternative to tiktok, but it does have its fair share of weird accounts with old men profile pictures that sometimes comment weird stuff on videos. just a warning about that- but take it with a grain of salt. there are not that many- but i have encountered some. overall, this app is a good app if you can look past some of its problems. i hope you found my review helpful in some way, and thank you for reading! peace out fellow humans.

I loveeee Likee !!! It’s so fun and you can make so many creative videos!! But this is what I hate, bots (I hate them mostly because half of my likes and comments are bots and it’s SO annoying), toxic ness (mostly I see someone do a video and all the comments are “ewwww” “fattyyy” and I get SO mad at that like DUDE and I especially hate how you can get banned from going live for NO reason one time I went live and I was playing roblox then I got banned for NO READOn >:0

Here’s what you should add!! A green screen (i know that you can do that in 4D magic but it takes awhile to do it and it should be like a filter and I can choose the picture BEFORE taking the video but that may be copyright to the clock app sooo yeah-) , a group chat (you can make a group chat in the message area and be able to chat will all of your friends without using Snapchat or discord! I love that idea especially!) THATS all I have to say and I LOVE Likee so Much!! Happy 3 year anniversary this app!!!

⚠️If you are under 10, DO NOT GET this app!⚠️this app is VERY scary. I have seen very inappropriate things that i wouldn’t have probably ever seen! Do NOT let your child get this if they are under age. I regret getting this app because now i’m addicted to it. I have missed out on so much just because i was ok this app to much. Also, if you are a teen and reading this, this app takes down a lot of your videos. I do not like this about this app because me and my whole family learned a very hard dance and i went to go post it and it wouldn’t let me post it! It said that it was “restricted” THERE WAS NOTHING BAD IN THE VIDEO!!! I DO NOT prefer this for anyone. Anyways, back to the parents. this app has a lot of hackers that can track your location and everything! It’s horrible! I got this thing named “parental controls” on my account so i couldn’t post or like any videos for a very long time. If you are letting your child get this horrible app, you can put parental controls on his\her account so he/she can’t post videos. Again, I don’t prefer this, if you are letting your child get this you are making a very bad decision!!

I’ve had this app for a little while, and it’s a good app! I can express my creative side and have fun posting videos! but there are some minor issues. First off, BOTS! bots are a super duper big problem. I think they are real people, and the. every day I get these random notifications of these african american people that are posing in the mirror, (as their pfp btw) this problem should be resolved please. Next issue, bad content. I have found A LOT of inappropriate content on this app, and it was almost like half naked people dancing. This should definitely be taken into considerstion. the last thing , is something I have to explain. So basically I was posting videos and stuff, and then it changed my age and never let me post again. it was really weird so I made a new acct and then it let me post again. but after a week or so it didn’t let me post again, and I was like OMG JUST LET ME POST 😒 I think this is a major issue and it needs to be fixed. At first, it seemed like a good at just like Tik tok at the time. But, as I had it for only like, 10 days, I noticed something. My thing was glitching out. When I tried to shoot a video, it would make some sort of glitch meaning, it would turn my screen black and white, upside down or just the simple glitching in pink. I have had this happen to another phone so I did not want this to happen on this brand new phone because of some app. Why this scares me so much, instead of it being just a regular bug in Likee is because it had been spreading to my phone outside Likee . It constantly shuts down my phone with the “your phone is dead” meaning thing with like the black screen and loading symbol. IF YOU HAPPEN TO GET ANY GLITCH OF ANY SORT DELETE Likee !!! It may glitch a bit more after but now since I deleted it, no glitches what so ever. I hope this is read because this is a big threat to money problems because of ONE APP.

I downloaded Likee for my daughter because she loves editing and making funny videos. I regret it so much. I have been monitoring it and have noticed sooooo many pedofiles and stalkers on here that are taking little girls videos and sharing them and creating false profiles to trick them. When you visit their profiles it’s ALL little girls and boys videos they are stealing and sharing and doing god knows what with them. I have tried to block people that follow my daughter and comment inappropriate things on her videos. But blocking option only blocks them from sending private messages and these perverts are still able to view and comment on her videos. It makes me want to throw up seeing some of the comments. Please change the privacy setting options on your app!!!! Children are being exploited and used for perverts pleasure. My daughter loves Likee and i hate to make her delete it but after seeing there is barely any privacy options to protect her, I’m going to have to. I HOPE ANY PARENT READING THIS KEEPS AN EYE ON THEIR CHILDS PROFILE AND REALIZES WHATS GOING ON. No protection whatsoever. I’ve reported dozens and dozens of creeps and perverts and i still see them on there. So sad...and scary...i wish we could stay on like but until changes are made we may have to say goodbye. PARENTS BEWARE.

this app is an amazing app. It often has a lot of interesting activity topics, on which I can often find a lot of interesting content, but also a lot of meaningful videos, which benefit me a lot. I‘ve had Likee for a while now and I am still not tired of it.I love posting videos to see how much likes I get and I like giving likes to good videos that inspire me. this app has really changed my life in a good way. I can't help checking this app from time to time. It brought me much fun and entertainment when I feel down or bored. I can find different kinds of videos and posters there. I probably will be using it for a very long time. I have met a guy who loves slime just as I do on this app. He commented on one of my videos about my slime and we are very good friends now. We share about our slimes and how do we mix them to create new color and texture, which also give me more ideas for my video creating. I really hope I can make more friends with my videos on this app. Recently I find out that if I post videos with hot topics, I may get more likes! I also take part in some hot tests and challenges. It brings me amazing guys who are interested in the same tests! I think it's not only a short video community, but also a very good social platform as well!

This is why I have the rating 2/5 stars. Let’s get through the good stuff first. For one this is a really fun app, it’s just like Tik Tok ( a lip sync app ) but has cool features and nice songs and it’s pretty enjoyable and easy to use. The bad things are pedophiles. Yes, on a kids app it’s hard to avoid pedophiles because that’s where they’ll be. But unlike tik tok or Instagram etc, there is way too many pedophiles. And even though Likee says 17+ there are not just tweens or teens, there’s literally under 10 year olds on Likee . Some of them don’t even be sexual but the comments are old men saying “ she would be fun “ “ you’re so hot “ when the girls are literally doing kid stuff! My recommendation feed is all girls acting like kids but the thumbnails are them in compromising positions or certain clothing. Which is really sad since a lot of these girls don’t know better. And Likee is really fun too. And the report feature isn’t helpful in all this. Even when you report someone or have people in the comments saying they’d report that person, there account is still up. The block feature is also useless since it just stops them from messaging you. But you can still download their videos, comment on their page etc. all in all, this is a really fun app. Cool effects easy to use. But it’s really dangerous. I recommend Likee for older teens that can handle themselves

Seriously this app is the first app that I can say is absolutely disgusting. I like dumb apps like Tik Tok and Vine but this app has absolutely no sense of moderation. You let anyone post videos and the comments are terribly sexual. You can report nudity and offensive text but you have no option to report sexual content and you can’t report comments either. Lots of kids are posting sexual content and it seems completely fine with you. I swear I spent like an hour reporting videos and profiles from adults that repost other kids videos. How is that ok with you? And on top of that how do you report those kind of violations? Back to the moderation....you even let profiles have terribly sexual user names. You don’t even have to dig to find terrible content. You can literally click on one of the first videos in the feed it gives you and you can find just horrible comments and sexual content. I know your app is rated for adults but you let kids make profiles ....that’s dumb you know. Aside from the kids posting content there are adults posting child modeling videos. It’s interesting cause I reported a profile that had a host of all these videos and then I waited a few days....The content was erased but was being reuploaded. They keep coming back with the same profile names. You have no sense of moderation and I hope your app gets reported and thrown on CNN or the New York Times so your app can be banned.

I’m a cosplayer off TikTok and it was brought to my attention by the community that content was being stolen and reposting, some accounts posing as the cosplayer. BUT Likee IS SO MUCH WORSE THAN THAT! this app recommendation/ for you page is full of underage children. Most performing inappropriate acts in skimpy clothes, with most comments supporting these actions from young children. They are also singing along to songs they are to young to know the meaning behind. this app has no review system and encourages “original content” but never reviews videos or accounts that myself and others are constantly reporting. They don’t have enough, if any, restraint on what is posted, as long as it doesn’t have a watermark from another app... it’s good enough for this app. This is not a safe place to be and Likee does NOT deserve even 1 star. Let along, the users of Likee don’t see a problem stealing others content. They argue that others do the same so they can too... THAT is not something kids should be learning. They don’t understand that their actions could land them in jail or their caretaker in serious trouble. Likee needs a serious touch up or be shut down for the better of all users.

Likee is literally just disgusting. It is full of young kids being encouraged to do sexual acts towards the camera by pedophiles. Since Likee attracts minors, there is a huge attraction of pedophiles too. Not to mention the “nearby” feature is extremely dangerous for these kids who have no idea what they’re doing. I see you say to report this content, however, I still see it? It’s not stopping. This whole app needs to be taken down. Its the same things I see over and over of little girls in skimpy clothes and their comment sections being full of 20+ year old men telling them disturbing things about how attractive their body is to them.
I know it takes time, but haven’t you been given enough time to fix this problem? You need to heavily monitor Likee. I’ve never seen this issue on other apps such as Tik Tok, where there is literally a billion users and it has a similar video formatting. Take your moderating more seriously.
If you really cared you’d be intervening more than just telling users to “block and report” with a cute emoji added.
I am disgusted with the things I’ve seen on Likee, and I warn all parents to keep their kids away from it.

Every time I get on this app i see my self getting follows and likes but when I click on the person who followed me I see that the videos on there Chanel is not theirs and some times I get comments saying that they would like to put my videos on instagram I’m so confused cause I don’t want to get in a stalker situation I love this app but it I keep seeing this I will have to sadly leave I quit at tic tok because I wasn’t getting anywhere so I downloaded this app and I see so many fakes it’s the only reason why I have followers so I want to strongly say please expose these people they don’t deserve to be on this app if they are going to keep stalking girls and I think they do this to all the likeers with little followers bug I seen it on oth people’s channel these aren’t real accounts please help this app be better I would love to keep on doing this app and once I even saw my video on someone else’s channel I didn’t like it please do something tell me how to fix it I’m scared when I make a video I don’t wanna be tracked and I definitely don’t want to be kidnapped by online people and the fakes help all the girls on this app

Likee is so Good! But to much bugs. Every time step 1 uploads once I’m done with a video it stops at 90% and always says it failed and I’m keep on doing it but it still dose it. The next bug is that it freezes a lot and when I’m watching one of my videos it just freezes. And when I watch someone live and I turn off my iPad the person that was talking in the live stream is still talking! Please fix these bugs! And now for the good things! :D. I really like how you can add stickers and stuff on your face! And I love how many videos you can do!!!!!! SO MUCH! Now here are some other things you can do. Can you add auto tune to switch your voice? Yes I know in slow you talk slow and in fast you talk fast but I want more Voices! And could you add stop motion?! When you take a picture move the thing and take another picture?! That would be EPIC! But yeah that’s all I wanted to say bye! :D

Hi. i installed the this app app because my friend was on it and I enjoy making videos. However, there is one issue that really, really, really, really needs to be addressed. I am getting so sick and tired of the freaking bots on my videos come in and say things like, “LOL”, “really creative”, “wow, that’s the definition of talent right there.” It has gotten so bad to the point where on one of my videos where all I did was lay in my bed talking about something, a bot came in and commented, “so creative”!! It has even gotten to the point where I have seen it, “LOL” on so many of my videos, even though they’re not funny at all. I even made a video about how our water is getting cut off, and another one of your stupid bots came and commented, “LOL”!!! I’m also getting sick and tired of getting comments like, “ok, babe. I’ll take it.” I put out some content and also speak my mind a lot... Only to get more comments like that, “LOL”. Why can’t GENUINE people watch my videos and leave me nice comments because they really mean what they say?

I love Likee and to edit my videos and talk to friends but most of my videos are under review and I don’t understand why I don’t think it is fair to me and others who take time to make,edit,and perfect their videos for others to enjoy its just so nerve racking to me. I put extra effort into my videos because I made gacha life videos but for them to be under review gets on my nerves and makes me want to leave Likee because my effort and time was given up for nothing because you wanted it not to be properly uploaded i think people should be treated fairly and be aloud to post what they feel is good enough for Likee because last time I checked everyone is different and has a different personality than everyone.

I’m a cosplayer on TikTok. I downloaded Likee for a single reason - I was told multiple times that my videos have gotten stolen. I made an account and found MANY accounts of (usually) little girls below 17, who have reuploaded my content. I have reported them all but not only have they not been banned or all the stolen videos deleted, many of them have blacklisted me when I attempted to reach out through the messages. I am unable to do anything? These accounts take videos of MULTIPLE cosplayers, which honestly should only make it easier to be reviewed as wrong. They either use some other app to download the video without TikToks corner signature, or they cut it off by zooming. It is scary having my face spread around Likee by people I do not know, without my agreement, consent or knowledge and I’m not even talking about the work that goes into the actual ideas and cosplay and the following they earn on it. I have even seen a profile with 30k+ following go live and get donated to and there wasn’t a single video that was theirs on it. Please fix this issue as it is getting extremely out of hand.
