We are using Greenvelope as our invite system Not everyone is receiving our invites, people aren’t receiving an RSVP confirmation, People are also complaining it won’t let them RSVP without pushing them to a payment page when they don’t want to pay ahead What are we doing wrong?

How to fix Greenvelope app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Greenvelope app on iPhone
Update Greenvelope app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Greenvelope iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Greenvelope on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Greenvelope network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Greenvelope Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Greenvelope not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Greenvelope App
1. On android, goto Settings » Greenvelope » click [Force Stop]

Update Greenvelope to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Greenvelope App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Greenvelope » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Greenvelope.

Fix Greenvelope unable to contact server/ Greenvelope internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Greenvelope » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Greenvelope » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
