VaporCam－Retro Filter Camera Reviews

VaporCamRetroFilterCamera has 5% free effects and the rest you have to get a premium subscription for. I hate when apps are like that. Obviously having a premium version of VaporCamRetroFilterCamera is good for business and completely necessary, but it won’t kill you to offer just a few more free options. Also, I think you should be able to preview the premium filters. When you click on something that only premium users can use, it brings up an option for you to get premium but won’t let you see what the effect would look like.

ALSO, THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS REVIEW; this is one of those absolutely scummy apps that offers free filters and other benefits to its users in exchange for them giving it a five stars rating. I HATE apps that do this. Bribing your users to give you five stars rather than making an app that’s legitimately, actually worthy of five stars is trash. Anyways, if they didn’t bribe people into give them a high rating, they’d probably have 2-3 stars (and I’m being generous In saying 3)

Don’t know why this is marketed as a free app when you have to pay for everything.

I’ve been looking for some good apps to do this kind of editing and this works perfectly only thing I could imagine that would be better for this is the desktop version of photoshop which... well is a lot of money and not on iPhone

I used VaporCamRetroFilterCamera a while back and I recently got a brand new phone after not having one for bout a year. I used this for all my drawings to add really cool filters especially for my “mock” anime drawings. I opened it back up to find I have to pay for features I used to have access to. You used to be able to use almost every filter, if not, all! I was severely disappointed finding out I now I’m have to pay for features that USED to be free... I’ll still use it since it’s my only real option but I’m still a bit upset and taken aback..

Before you had to pay for everything, everything was free and you only needed to watch some ads to unlock some stickers or frames and that was sooooooo much better! Now you only get to choose from like 3 things that are free. I like VaporCamRetroFilterCamera but I don’t use it enough to be worth the $20 for premium(plus other ppl say even after they pay everything is still locked so,,,,)

A little more text editing would be ideal... like the font and color selections are stuck in presets... also an ability to load our own art objects would be good. Sometimes when I click on things to put into my picture (under more) it causes VaporCamRetroFilterCamera to crash: also VaporCamRetroFilterCamera has repeatedly asked me to pay for it, even though I already did! Whoops! otherwise it’s been fun!

I enjoy using it a lot there are a couple times where I get irritated with VaporCamRetroFilterCamera because it doesn’t work how it should correctly work. For example some of the fonts you cannot use because your name or the wording is too long. However I have found my ways around it, so it’s a pretty cool app I use a lot for my artwork

I don’t think it deserves the monthly fee, let alone $20 per month/year(?). Also as much I do enjoy the filters it provides for free, the price tag makes me think if Toei or Pokémon Co. gets paid for showing and using the bits of anime stickers and add-one’d so far. 🤔 So yea.... I don’t know how much I will use until I find a much affordable and “free” app with all of the basic features I like.

Ok so I’ve been trying to find these new almost retro looking edits for your photos VaporCamRetroFilterCamera doesn’t supply these edits completely but what I found was these edits are better and probably will blow up like these retro ones these edits look like some of Cole Bennett’s edits and, honestly it looks raw...

I was loving VaporCamRetroFilterCamera and decided to go pro. I bought the yearly subscription thinking that I’d have everything unlocked for a year until I had to pay again to keep having it. I went to VaporCamRetroFilterCamera today and I noticed everything is locked. So I’d like to know what’s going on. I payed 20 bucks and everything’s locked up even though it says I paid. If there’s no way of fixing it I’ll honestly just cancel my subscription and delete VaporCamRetroFilterCamera all together.

I can always find some way to make my boring photos cooler for profile pictures with VaporCamRetroFilterCamera. 10/10 do recommend especially if you like vaporwave stuff.

I tried out VaporCamRetroFilterCamera on a whim since I make edits a lot and love vaporwave. It shocked me at how awesome it is. I even ended up paying for the premium version. It’s a really useful and fun app for creative people who like vaporwave

I love editing ship fan art about anime and out of all of the editing apps I’ve used, this is one of THE best editing apps. Maybe add a bit more like frames but other than that it’s amazing. No lags for me!

Yes you do get access to almost all of VaporCamRetroFilterCamera , but there is still 700+ effects/filters that you must pay for on a ~monthly~ basis. Why not make it a one time your done kinda thing ya know? Like paying for an app that you only use a little monthly is a drag and a waste of money. Fix your app, pronto... (EDIT: ALSO VIDEO FILTER SHOULD BE ADDED 100 PERCENT)

This is the worst app I’ve ever come across. Why? VaporCamRetroFilterCamera takes u to settings but VaporCamRetroFilterCamera doesn’t show up where it’s supposed to. it said 3 Day free trail but stills charges ur card and it’s 20$ for a glitchy app. The screen doesn’t even load up for me and the only thing that it does is take me to my settings. If you guys are trying to figure out how to cancel it: go to Settings, tap iTunes & App Store, tap your Apple ID, put your pw and then go to subscriptions.

The full experience has a plethora of stickers and editing styles. Totally recommend paying if you frequent instagram.

One of the filters is SF9’s Breaking Sensation album cover, which is being used illegally. No credit is given, and even if it was it would still be illegal as they are making profit off of someone else’s work. Even without how blatantly illegal it is, VaporCamRetroFilterCamera itself is pretty crappy and limited for what it offers. It even has the shame to ask for money. Only rating it a one star because negative stars aren’t a thing.

I would give a better rating if you could let us try the filters first instead of just asking to purchase the subscription. I would like to know what I’m paying for first rather than in the end you guys taking my money and I don’t end up liking it in the end. Just a suggestion here 😊

Can’t download anything after I’ve put a gram/filter and a bunch of effects

Got VaporCamRetroFilterCamera super excited to try it, didn’t realize you have a pay a ton for filters, there are almost no filters or stickers available without having to pay and it pops up with an option to pay like every 5 seconds... disappointing

This is a ok app but the only then I really use is the led filter bec I feel like that the only good than and I hate when you join you get a then saying “ rate this and you get this filter “ like I feel like your Just going to get a bad review like - sorry if I don’t make sense at all so I give it 2 -

As great of an app as it is, the loading & rendering problems are quite persistent. I usually have to apply filters & stamps, save them, & then upload it again to add animations so VaporCamRetroFilterCamera will not crash. I’ll have to cancel my trial subscription because of this.
