I sent off items in a package they send back 5 of the 6 items are damage and only had two pictures of any damage and by the looks it came from shipping. So the drop the 4 items from 20 dollars to 4 dollars and one to nothing and say hey we are changing you to send them back to you or you can let us keep them. And for them to send them back they will keep what ever they want and deduct shipping so they get the item even cheaper. So save your time and sell them yourself and cut out other people trying to take your stuff not worth it.

You’re better off selling on EBay. I was lucky that all of the Funko Pops I sent in were ones I didn’t care about because they will damage them once they arrive at the warehouse and blame it on USPS but then offer to send your now damaged items back to you for $8 shipping. They send pictures of white paint on the items that obviously couldn’t have gotten there from inside of a box during shipping. They will also knock money off for any little thing wrong with the items even if they can be fixed or are barely visible to the naked eye. They knock 50-75% off of their initial offer even though with the nearly invisible “damages” they’ll still turn around and sell them for full price. They also tell you shipping is free and then charge you for it once they receive your items. Over all weird and shady.

Stay AWAY from OzoneToys, they will find any excuse to rebate a quote (tiny little scratches on the box, etc), when I saw the pictures they sent me as "warning issues" I ask them to return them to me, and the last box they did not even checked the figures and just emailed me saying "there was an entire box in pretty poor condition", when I received it back I realized they did not even opened and just sent it back to me. You better use Ebay to sell your collection, it will take more time, but believe me is 100% better.

Sold with them in the past, got decent prices for my Lego minifigures and Funko Pops. The most recent submission experience was horrible though. They accused me of selling something I never sent in and accused me of selling “inauthentic” Lego parts and dismissed the rest of the order because of it. Did not even check to see after finding those two flaws. Adding onto the fact that they aren’t even taking many things as of lately. Just extremely unprofessional to blame the customer, will not be doing any business with them in the future.

This is a cool service if you’re trying to sell a big collection all at one time and the prices they quote you are reasonable. However, expect to get only half of what they quoted you because any little thing wrong with the boxes cuts the price they quoted you in half. Doesn’t matter if it’s a slightly worn corner or a little bit of dust on the box, they’re going to give you half price. Even if the box was in perfect condition when you shipped it, they’ll squish the box just enough for the picture they send you of the “damages” but to where it can be easily fixed for them to resell.

I was super nervous since it was my first time selling to this company, but I stayed patient and everything worked out. Are you going to get exactly what your pops are worth?? No. Not even close. But if you’re in a situation where you need money, it’s a great place to sell to. They’re super picky about boxes and will only give you a quarter for a damaged box, but that was my fault for not completely checking a few of my boxes beforehand. Definitely only worth selling to them if you get over $100 worth to get free shipping.

OzoneToys keeps saying internal server error i don’t know what’s going on but I just sent in funkos and can’t see what’s going on

I don’t know what experiences anyone else has had in the past, but speaking from my own experience, I use OzoneToys A LOT! It’s extremely convenient to scan a toy and get a quote right away. And if it’s something they need to look into, they get back to you the same day or the next. What else can you ask for?? This is the best app for people buying collections and want FAST MONEY! They pay SUPER FAST! I’ve sent HUNDREDS of toys through OzoneToys. And though some prices are low, I understand because THEY pay for shipping and have to store and sell the item while still making a profit.
They answer questions fast. Process within 2 days of receiving. And they allow you to either accept or deny the offer. What else can you ask for in a toy selling app? Anyone who sells toys knows how time consuming it is. And I can definitely say, with no hesitation, this is the best, fastest, and most convenient toy selling app out there right now for people that want a fast and easy transaction so they can turn around and do it again.
I highly recommend.

Just sold around 20 items. The quoted prices were pretty accurate. They seem to mainly only want pristine mint condition, light damage gets you offers like .25c -$2.50 on items averaging $15-20. Overall though good 1st experience I will try them again & provide more feedback on my next shipment :)

I continually use OzoneToys because I know they will give me fair market value for anything I have to sell to them. By using Ozone you will not be disappointed.

First time using OzoneToys to sell some funko pop figures I had for awhile and got a fair deal on them. Super easy to communicate with the service and was an easy transaction. The total transaction only took 5 days to send out the figures and get paid. Will definitely use them again in the future if need be.

Ozone toys has a very user friendly app that gives price quotes immediately in some cases while providing an option to send a picture & barcode of the item for other quotes. Response time is good. Free Shipping is a great service. We have been mostly satisfied with prices offered. We will continue to do business with this company!

I have sold most of my toy collection (over one thousand pieces) to Ozone toys and I have had the best experience with them. The communication is amazing and they are very quick to send free shipping labels, payment, etc. they make it so easy to sell your toys and do so fairly and offer prices that you will not find anywhere else. I cannot recommend them enough, a great company and I look forward to sending more toys to them in the future.

OzoneToys is a great option for selling a large amount of pops, the quotes for each pop were fair and only a few were marked as damage, and they provide pics of the damage, which I expected because all the boxes were not in perfect condition. Ship them in pop protectors to make sure they don’t get damaged in shipping!

I have sold several boxes of Pops to Ozone and I feel I have been treated 100% fair. Prices are good for second hand Pops & as a long time collector I understand the need for no box damage. Every Pop they deducted money from they sent pictures of the damage so there was no confusion or surprises. They pay for the shipping also which is great. All in all the process was simple and easy even for someone like me who was born before the internet was even around.
I ran into a double whammy of unexpected medical & vet bills and this saved the day really because they didn’t take weeks to sort through the box & get payments sent. Everything took less than two weeks. Will be using OzoneToys again in the future.

I had to put this review at 5 stars in hopes this reaches more people. I have a collection of 2300 Funko pops that I have been considering selling, I thought they would be the lucky buyers but I would never sell them for how low they offer. I have a rare funko worth 5k on PPG they are offering $250. Also like everyone else is saying after you send your items in the offer gets cut in half. Don’t use these guys. Spend some time selling on eBay or Macari

Great to work with took all 1200$ in value poos no less then two 325pop orders with them accepted everyone great prices given to me on each one I accepted all to great cause for the newborn!! I love you guys w all my heart god bless you guys n what you make possible for cutizens here in the states. Got paid sent check within the following seven day week that followed after shipping them out, very prompt and professional. Had issue responded in second day was very professional trust me you getting rid of a collection or just overflow then this is prime suspect in liquidating your revenue for fee very small fee lol just kidding all acceptable stuff people. 30 Pa. - J.TASSONE

I left a bad review the first time but then found out it was my lack I’d patience so I am changing my review. Yeah the prices might be lower but after all Where are you going to get what you paid for something i found the rates reasonable and the customer service both phone and e-mail super awesome. When I’m ready to get rich off my Barbie collection I know where I’m going. Love this!!! Just have some patience until all of your sent items have been verified by them i sent three boxes first time and like I said My issues were my fault for not paying attention to the process but now that I understand it I am more than happy!!!

So I had stopped collecting toys awhile ago but had held on to them. I discovered OzoneToys as a way to sell them in batches on my schedule. While some may gripe about the offer prices, for someone like me who is trying to unload many at a time but needs to schedule out shipments, it works well. Also I’m not concerned with resale value, because I’m not willing or able to continually post and sell on eBay or Mercari. Finally, they do buy stuff that you probably couldn’t sell on eBay due to low interest.

If you’re selling pops, they are very strict so be mindful of that. But they pay out in a timely manner and continue to work with me, so for someone like me who is in the process of liquidating inventory, they’re more than worth it.

Being a toy collector can be frustrating you get hit with so many things you might not necessarily need or want / I’ve been running my toy pawn shop business for 11 years now and you guys have literally been a life saver thanks for helping out the little people
