What a ripoff.
I bought this app after reading all the reviews on how good this app was, I have had this app now for two months trying to get something to download, even reading other people’s comments on how they successfully got through there problems, i have tried dozens of sites and nothing works, does not matter if you hold down to try to get the download to work because it doesn’t, it’s a total waste of time and money.

I am struggling to find the best way to use this app. I want to download videos so that I can edit them and use them for content material on Instagram, giving credit to the origin of course. I am not text savvy at all! But I did read through the reviews and I am having trouble contacting the creator of the app. I went to the HTTP link and it just keeps sending me back to the Apple page, when I go to use support, I get in loop that keeps returning to the place I started, help, please!

Okay, I give up
Can’t figure it out. Its’s ridiculous that the developer does not publish directions online when so many people are unable to use the app without help. 😩Developer very patient and helpful. Still find it confusing to use but have been successfully downloading. Don’t think it should be this confusing. Some sort of directions built within the app woukd be most helpful.
