Contact Swackett Support

So I had this app back in the day when it was free and I absolutely loved it. Somehow over the years it got deleted off my phone and I came across this again the other day when I was looking for a Weather app. It is $3.99 now but I thought why not I loved before so I went ahead and purchased it. It works perfectly good for the location where I am. The problem is I cannot change any of the other locations in settings. I have typed in the locations that I want and it continuously reverts back to either New York or another location That I’ve never even heard of. At this point, it is only good for showing me the weather where I currently a.m. and I cannot view any other locations. If the developers can fix this or tell me how to fix it on my end I will gladly update my review. So far I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I have never had this problem with any other weather app. Usually I can just enter multiple locations and they come up just fine.

Update: 10 days since paying, still no pro or ad free features. Swackett says submit a support ticket and they will fix my issue. First, the support ticket is buried in the middle of their support page and not easy to find. Second, I submitted the support ticket 3 days ago and still nothing. My mind is blown at how bad these people are at managing this app. I upgraded to the pro and no ad version of Swackett on Saturday, October 26th. However, 2 days later, the pro and no ad features remain unlocked despite receiving email confirmation that my account has been charged 5.99. As I cannot find any support links anywhere to resolve this seemingly simple issue, I cannot recommend the paid version of this app to anyone. If the Swackett programmers cannot figure this simple issue out, then I have zero confidence they can provide a quality weather app.

Like a lot of people I had the free version of this app. AND IT WAS AWESOME! So I did decide to down load the paid version (mainly because the original didn’t work anymore. Not gonna lie.) but now I totally regret it. When I read the review it did say there was an issue with locations but it was supposedly fixed. Unfortunately I CAN NOT GET MY LOCATION. I’m unable to put the locations in manually. I do not want to use the GPS. I removed it then downloaded it again to see if it would work.... It doesn’t. I do not live near a city but the locations grabs the nearest big city. MASSIVELY ANNOYING! Please fix! If not I will delete. I also got the PRO version for the Mac. I paid for that too and it’s just “ok”. Swackett on the iPhone is better. Wait... was better. When the year is up... I will delete the Mac version too. Money wasted and extremely disappointed.
