I’m unable to connect to my 2020 YZ450F since I did the phone update. I can still connect with my iPad after the update, unfortunately all my maps are on my phone. Is there going to be a fix for this soon?????

I wish they would update POWERTUNERApp it says bike has not internet service so it will not fully connected. Waste of time and money

Can’t get the bike to bring up the WiFi on my phone. Why have this feature if it isn’t going to even work. Had it pop up once out of trying 100 times. Won’t take password

iPhone iOS 14, 14.1, 14.2 are unable to connect to WIFI / app.

POWERTUNERApp says is was updated this past weekend to fix bugs. Still experiencing connectivity issues. App says to allow local network access (under phone privacy settings) however POWERTUNERApp does not show up as an option.

I deleted app / re downloaded. Rebooted iPhone.

Still doesn’t connect. Please fix

They need to be faster about the updates. Every time a new ios update happens POWERTUNERApp quits working. Some of us ride a lot and need to know our service hours. Come on Yamaha, need to be better about this.

Total garbage, will not download maps and will not go above +2 on ignition when you load manually. I took it to the local Yamaha dealer and they couldn’t get it to work correctly, then they wouldn’t give me a refund. I will never buy another Yamaha👎,next bike will be a Husqvarna.

Purchased a used 2019 Yz250f and the password to the WiFi box is missing. No way to my knowledge of recovering it without buying a new box I was told. Is it possible to still find it? It is not on the back of the box.

POWERTUNERApp seems to work fine by itself but when I try and download maps from the Yamaha website and import them to POWERTUNERApp my phone crashes every time. Very annoying

Works great for the most part, but when you try to download maps from Yamaha it crashes.

POWERTUNERApp is awesome when it works. Apple came out with iOS 14.x and since then, i haven’t been able to sync with my 2020 YZ450F. Please fix this ASAP Yamaha!!

Everything was great until I updated to IOS 14. now app won’t connect to bike.

Worked great and was easy to use, that is until the new iOS came out. Now it doesn’t work at all. Hopefully a fix is coming!

I’m having issues with IOS 14 as well. I can connect to the WiFi network but POWERTUNERApp shows no data and won’t connect to the bike. Hope you can fix this soon!

Yamaha Can you do a future that you can turn on your bike through POWERTUNERApp or shut it off because they don’t have keys. YZ450F 2021 software.

I rely on POWERTUNERApp nearly every time I ride. I have a very diverse riding style and the gytr power tuner app allows me to monitor my maintenance intervals and tune my bike to my liking every ride! I absolutely love it!

The slanted real-time read out is terrible for tuning an engine to factory specifications. In addition. The baseline marks go from 0,1000,2500 with no scaling marks in between set within a very narrow window of each other. Trying to reach a target of 1900-2100rpm is basically a guessing game. Do you set it at the high point of the slant or the low point,or do you just pick a spot in the middle... This is where the option of selecting a digital read out like the older plug in GYTR power tuner had. I hope someone from Yamaha gets this.we can all use an update!
