My sister was banned unfairly. They banned my sister without investigating it first. She cannot get the money or salary she worked hard for. They said they were still investigating it...but goodness! Uplive is a decent app the only issue I see is with the payment process. I believe that they should give host air wallet and allow them to send their money directly into their bank account direct deposit it's easier to cash out ucoins into air wallet connected to your bank account PayPal is causing alot of host to miss getting their payments and this is going to be the down fall of this app other than that its a great app

I used to be a offical host on the Uplive app however after a few months and multiple issues I decided to quit due to multiple factors. But the main factor I’m calling you up on is discrimination this app is actually discriminating many people, disabled, black, white, by looks, by country you name it I’ve seen it. I am appalled by the things I’ve heard and seen when I was on the app. I’m a wheelchair user dancer, singer, motivator and I helped many people daily. However my mental health and physical health became affected because of the drama and the comments and the innapropriate things on there! I have seen a lot of discrimination within the Uplive rules aswell including... you must look presentable and wear makeup if you can. Which is not only discriminatory towards women but also telling people to be ashamed of who they are there looks and to follow the perfect standards of beauty which is often a major cause of mental health issues, not loving ones self. Also some people may be allergic to makeup, have acne which they can’t help and more. Be presentable that can be seen on whatever way you see presentable as but the outfits I’ve seen on there from other countries some really don’t cover up well or do presentable actions for example twerking on camera and so on even men masturpating on people’s lives it’s deeply disturbing! I have noticed you have a significant less amount of black streamers than you do white and also that you have less black official streamers. Discrimination is also against people from different countries mainly Europe recently. Why is it one rule applies to one country but another rule doesn’t seem to affect them. So many empty lives from other people’s parties and some countries even take it in turns to sleep so they stay on then they come off when they wake or something, I’ve also witnessed other things like during offical pks people not turning up from other countries on time or at all or even worse people are sometimes pk’ing against a black screen! And when they win even though they never showed there faces they would win the gifts too! Discrimination against disabilities Is the most prominent thing on Uplive for a start. The amount of apps cluttering the screen is not good for people with OCD,ASD or Visual impairments. Also subtitles should be available but they aren’t, not to mention image description option this should all be free and to translate should be free also some people have understanding issues aswell like learning disability. Aswell as this you have some rules that would clash with the disabled community. How can a wheelchair user not move around? How can a deaf person understand what someone is saying if they can’t hear it? Sign language needs to be a talent on there also because it is, as well as educational. Then there is the dancers can dance without moving to much. How on earth do you expect people to do that? That’s like telling a fish it can swim on the spot. I also noticed other things like there is no protection for the vulnerable on there neither is there for any offical hosts against bullying or hatred! Money should also be honest this means that no one should be cheated out of there money for silly things, people have to leave the screen sometimes to go to the toilet, get a drink or whatever and disabled people also have to have medication do you expect us to turn off the camera at that point and be ashamed of our needs, like if we have to sign because we can’t speak do you frown upon that? I also remember speaking about my new wheelchair which has enabled me to do so much more for myself but I dance in my chair so there is a lot of movement, spins you name it. It’s wrong what is happening especially the scamming other agencies, making up reasons not to pay people and the children I have seen on there under 18! It is your duty of care for their safety you made the app you need to make that strict like you need to have a photo of you with your birth certificate and a photo. There is so much more I wish to talk about as I am truly upset by the way people like me are being treated on there and one of your staff Gwen is not very nice is actually a bully. Please get back to me ASAP or I promise you I will be speaking to the Asian government and more high places about this type of app, and get it removed from the stores.
