Apps are supposed to make our lives easier. More specifically, this apps sole purpose is to make doing laundry faster and easier. My apartment only allows this service, which is not a problem, until it does not work at all. I could ramble on about my experience, but the short end of it is that SpeedQueen did not work and I ended up having to wait in the laundry room to ask someone to pay for my dryer service while my clothes sat in there soaking wet. Still trying to figure out the problem, but if you were going to take all options away, you better make sure that your app freaking works.
This is coming from someone who has a published app on SpeedQueen Store as well. So, if QA is reading this, you guys have a pretty major problem with the overall UX. Bugs like this shouldn’t be a problem after 2+ years of being live.
