Dear creator...
Thanks for making this amazing app but there is an issue and because of it I can’t really watch my favorite cartoons comfortably...
I think that you should’ve mentioned that it is not all free at the commercial advertisement and also why should we sign up, is it safe to write my email, is there a security we can trust so hacker wouldn’t hack us? I want an answer for that because I cannot watch even one episode on the app because I haven’t signed up... I Am not really sure about the security... Sorry if I said someone wrong but that is my idea, thanks for reading...

App stopped working, customer support does not respond.

Worst of all, I’m still getting charged for this app.
The problem is that for any episode I try, I get the same error saying: “The requested URL was not found on this server”. Problem started happening 2 weeks ago, and I sent a message to customer support and haven’t received a response for more than a week.
With this persistent issue, I decided to unsubscribe to at least stop the charges on my CC, the application says I can unsubscribe from my iPads account setting, went there and couldn’t find anything to do with unsubscribing there!
Please fix the app, allow users to easily opt out, and respond to customer queries through regular customer support channels!
Hunter x Hunter Audio issue

اريد ان اقيم التطبيق ٥ نجوم ولكن تفاجات بجودة بعض الاعمال. سبب اشتراكي كان لمتابعة عمل القناص ولكن لم استطع ان استمتع به لوجود مشاكل صوتية ليست موجودة اثناء عرض العمل على القناة. يوجد صوت صرير مؤلم اثناء تحدث الشخصيات.
I would like to give this app 5 stars but I ran into issues whil trying to watch Hunter x Hunter (al qanas). When the characters are speaking, you can hear a screeching sound which is not there when watching the show on the Spacetoon. My subscription was solely to watch Hunter x Hunter but I was extremely disappointed with the quality.
