The scripts in this app or to generic to be helpful. For confidence, you get a repeated exhortation to see yourself as confident and then become who you see… So confident! For habits, you get told that habits are really important and exhorted to drop bad habits and start good habits, and imagine how great you feel when you have good habits! You cannot change your behavior by saying “OK, now I have good habits!” Behavior change comes from breaking things down into small, concrete bites that you can take action against. And for a lot of people who need confidence or better habits or similar, the problem is specifically that you don’t know what the content of that category really looks like because you haven’t lived it yet. One of the major advantages of guided visualization is that a person, a guide, can show you what you don’t know and then help you get there. This content from Primed Mind does not do that. This is the fourth app in the “mindset meditation” club that I’ve tried. None of them do anything aside from temporarily make you feel good about yourself (which is something so that’s why I gave it a few stars). If you’re expecting it to take you to the next level of performance or unlock some hidden potential in your mind you are sorely mistaken. It’s a scam and a lot of the positive reviews here are from shills helping with an ad campaign. I would rate this one as lower than the rest because of the hefty price. Some of the similar apps are free.

For a habit to become permanent, it is essential to listen to an application of this sort, at least once a day, consistently, for 21 days. This dedication to practice is necessary for any noticeable improvement to be evident. This doesn't take into consideration the time required to reverse a bad habit.
Are the developers of this app knowledgeable and interested in helping their fellow man? If this is a quality product that will truly benefit people seeking help, then why are they limiting the trial period to a third of the time required to determine whether this app will produce significant results?
The length of most trial periods has been steadily decreasing because studies have shown that the less time allowed to preview a product the more likely the customer will get caught up in life and miss the opportunity to cancel the order prior to the shortened deadline. Keep in mind that in order to get the “free” trial, you have to supply the company with a form of verifiable payment.

It is difficult to put my faith in something that puts financial profits above principles. To me, this is a form of dishonesty.

What is truly a shame is that in this instance, the app may actually be better than usual for the price. However, as long as the developers choose not to stand behind their work, I will never know.
