I have a son who save his allowance to buy sports cards. I’ve told him the stories of my childhood in the 70’s and the experiences of collecting cards. It’s a bonding experience for us and go to shows and shops all over. So the bad experience start with a blaster box of Mosaic football in which 3 of the best card in the box were totally off center, so I sent them out 5 months ago and from I understand this is normal. The second incident is with Absolute Baseball blaster in which you get 2 autos. Well one of the two is a redemption for a real real nice card in which the player is on his favorite team. Redeemed it immediately so he would get it during the season. So that was a couple of months ago. Next was Legacy football in which you’re to get 2 autographed cards, well all he got was a redemption and now I know that means it’ll never make it here until the season is over. I’ve called can’t get anyone in the phone, emailed countless times and nothing. I can’t believe the a company of that size can do this. Money is a little tighter right now and the industry is monopolized by Panini. At first I thought it was just me but now since see that it’s really a big issue. How can they get away with it? What can be done? I’d say I’d buy another brand and that leaves you with Leaf and I’m not crazy about them so I’m not going to waste anymore money. It would be nice for everyone to just stand up and refuse to buy Panini but there’s way to much money involved. If someone has a solution to a least get what we have coming to us let me know. Something that started as something kids could do to a multi billion $ monopoly. A real shame to see the look of disappointment and are going to have to find something else to bond with.

I bought a box of Rookies and Stars and there was only one Auto in the box. It is supposed to come with two. I have the receipt, the box, and all the individual packs. Please let me know what i need to do. Thanks, Tad Roberts

I cannot log in. For the last 3-4 weeks all it says is " Failed- Unable to process right now". Try again later. Well. how much later are we talking about? 1 year, 2 years or what? I have rewards points that I cannot even add or use because I cannot have access for some reason. Then to top it off, I open up 2 Mega Boxes of 2020-21 Panini Prizm DP Basketball that CLEARLY STATES on box that there is 1 Pink Ice Autograph in each box BUT INSTEAD I RECEIVE A WHOPPING 150 POINT REDEMPTION CARDS IN THOSE 2 BOXES. Its bad enough that Panini LIES to everyday normal collectors by claiming you can receive a STAR such as Lamelo Ball or Anthony Edwards autographs in these boxes when everyone knows now that Panini sends all superstar autographs to dealers only or keeps for themselves while only inserting scrubs that nobody has ever heard of into the packs & boxes. I have opened thousands of Hobby, Mega, Hangar, Blaster & Packs and not 1 time have I gotten a player that any normal sports fan has heard of.

Such a tease

I keep getting notifications of prize wheels and other incentives but when I click on the notification, the app opens, then a message pops down from the top(for a total of 2 seconds), then the app just sits there waiting for me to do something. Is there a place to receive these notifications in app? No. Is there a place to access these promotions? No. Why? Why are you such a tease Panini?

Useless app

App randomly decides to restrict my bids as a new challenge dropped, preventing me from getting the cards I needed at a good price. When I tried to address the issue by updating my PayPal account in the app it gives me a "Success" message telling me it failed and to contact support. Meanwhile, PayPal has no issues with my account on their end.

Redemptions

Waiting 6-12 months for redemptions is ridiculous, not to mention messages are not returned. I’m still waiting since last June for a replacement to my redemption to fill without any info or luck… you guys are terrible
