تطلب صيانة يطلب منك تحديد يوم ووقت. تختار اليوم والوقت، بعدها بكم يوم تتواصل معهم يقولون لك الخدمة اللي طلبت ليست فورية. طيب ليش تخليني احدد يوم ووقت!!!؟
App asks you to specify date and time of the service requested. No comes on the day or even few days later. After checking with customer support they feedback such service is not instant service. Technician will contact you soon. Deceiving in scheduling date/time

They actually deducted additional 100 riyal and after calling them many times they did not solve the issue. Instead they updated the app and remove all my previous requests 👎🏽👎🏽 removed the app from my phone I don’t need such a bad service

Tried this application twice and both times was drivers first time and doesnt know how to pay online through the app... not practical or convenient.
