Lot of promises; little delivery

“We’ll post your carousels for you”

None of these things work. In the first two weeks I’ve had a carousel go out that was cropped and zoomed and unreadable; a post that was delayed from schedule by an hour; and if I try to edit stories for posting in SkedSocial the photo editor says “loading” and doesn’t ever let me edit the photo

And for $25 a month or whatever. Horribly unprofessional for that money

Rarely worked for me

SkedSocial barely worked for me. The desktop version was ok, but my posts would often get rejected. I worked with Sked to troubleshoot, but the problem would happen too often. I asked for a prorated refund 4 times throughout the year, but they said their policy was not to refund. I was willing to pay for the months I “tried” to use it. So since they wouldn’t refund me, I kept trying. I finally canceled my account 2 months before the renewal date and went with another scheduling program. I paid about $250 upfront for the year. Sad to waste the money on something that barely worked for me.

Unhappy with approval process.

I produce professional dance performances, and the schedugram staff denied my account. I am still unclear as to why. My account meets all the requirements, but I received an email informing me that schedugram is "unable to provide support for products/services like the ones featured on your page." So, I will be using Hootsuite. They have a much more established and much better reviewed app, anyway. Sorry, Schedugram. C-ya.

Great PC site. TERRIBLE APP INTERFACE

Use schedugram for work, didn’t know they had an app at first. One day I randomly searched and found one!! Great news??? Nope...
The website is great, the interface makes sense and the functionality and analytics are great.
HIRE A UX DESIGNER FOR YOUR APP. I pay a lot of money to use your service and I love it, but SkedSocial is difficult to use and extremely frustrating. On my iPhone X the buttons are too far to the top of the screen. For a company so focused on visuals, I’m surprised the menu of drafts and upcoming posts is home to minuscule imagery. I can’t figure out how to set a location on my posts, either. Which is the biggest problem I have.
My advice: stick to the website. Wish I had never discovered this pain-in-the-butt

Just plain bad - looks ugly and it’s glitchy

I did a trial run of using SkedSocial while working with the company. First off, the userface is totally unintuitive and ugly. Why all the different tabs - can’t you guys figure out how to have one central dashboard? Also, it couldn’t figure out how to approve my 2 different Instagram accounts so I could add them. I followed their instructions exactly - didn’t work, and then I proceeded to get 3 emails per day letting me know my accounts hadn’t been added. Gee, thanks. At that point if they can’t get something so basic right, why bother? I deleted my accounts and told their joke of a customer service channel to stop emailing me. I also spoke to their CEO and main Marketing person - both were nasty and rude. Considering that Planoly is elegant and works amazingly well, it will be an inevitable joy to watch this bad product and awful company crash and burn within the year.

Can’t add my accounts from mobile app.

Lots of potential, Lots of overlooked simple fixes

As someone who has built a career using Instagram, it baffles me how unintuitive this company’s software can be. When using mobile and updating captions on posts, DONT hit add to queue. I do this EVERY time and it bugs the crap out of me. If you update your caption, you have to hit “Save Changes” and THEN add it to your queue. I don’t comprehend how this could’ve been overlooked in the UX design.
On the website, cropping vertical photos is a huge pain because they exceed the height of your screen. And again, you can’t hit “Save” to complete the crop. You have to hit crop at the top of the photo (that you have to scroll to get to) and then hit save. Completely unintuitive.

Yeah, they post the photos for you and the quality of the upload is solid, (though the text in the captions are never formatted how you save it) but there are a lot of issues outside of that.

What the?

I open SkedSocial , and can’t get past a generic sign in page with no way to sign up for the first time.

Finally figured out that if I tap “forgot password” I can get to another generic page that suggest in some form to sign up for a free trial.... started to...then website glitches and chooses a payment plan I don’t want. I try to go back, but nothing. I try to change this, it won’t let me.

I had similar issues with the website when trying to read through plans my laptop.

Anyways, I start over and log back in and it takes me straight back to the page with the $75/m fee that can’t be changed.

This website is not mobile friendly. Hardly optimized and needs serious bugs fixed.

Nice idea

I’ve been attempting to use this platform for about a month now and it has honestly been more trouble than it’s worth. Issues loading, posts not being posted on time, etc. I’ve tried on my phone, iPad, and computer. It’s actually costing me more time and effort than just taking tile to post on each platform several times manually

Editor not working

Friends, can you check image editor of SkedSocial please? When edit is clicked on image to be posted as a story in SkedSocial , a new editor window shows and it keeps saying loading forever. I tried in 2 different phones and thee same. Both were late model iphones.

Weak app, good site

If you use just SkedSocial , this is not worth the price. Limited editor component, and stuff like the caption editor not having the hashtag key in the keyboard. Really? But the website has a good editor, just feels a lot more polished. Probably not really worth it if managing just 1 account but if you do several could be a huge timesaver.

Fix the problem

A problem I keep running into with SkedSocial is that every time I am organizing my posts, an error notification pops up and tells me I can't save the changes now that I make. It's very frustrating because I will exit out and return to it but it still gives me the same pop up. The only way I have been able to fix it is by turning off my phone and that might be enough for me to stop paying for the service.

Almost, but not quite.

I have tried out so many different scheduling services for Instagram, and I thought I’d hit a home run at last. The customer service is STELLAR, and there are tons of great and useful features. But it’s a dealbreaker for me that I can’t schedule posts closer together than 15 minutes. I do sales posts for new items, and I need them to go live back to back. My customers do not want to sit and wait for 20 posts that come in at a slow 15-minute interval. Customer service explained that there’s a workaround of doing story chains, but that won’t for me and, I assume, many others who do item posts, because people need to see when an item is claimed. Since this was the main reason I need a scheduling service, I think I’ll have to end my time with Sked, sadly. If they ever fix this, I’ll be back! If you don’t need that option, then Sked might be the answer you’ve been looking for.

Great Service, Needs some work.

I love the Sked Social service. I use it daily for work and have had very little problems with the website even with difficulties connecting specific accounts because of updates. I would love to see a version for iPad/iPad Pro. Since I use my iPad Pro everyday and SkedSocial is not supported I get SkedSocial forced into portrait mode and it’s stretched.

Get support for iPad Pro and my rating will go up.

Needs an easier way to switch between accounts

I wish there was an easier way to switch between multiple accounts. I have to log out and log in again each time. I also don’t recieve notifications for the one I’m not logged in to. This goes for the web version too. Please fix this! Otherwise it is a great tool!

Great concept, some bugs still

Really love SkedSocial but some kind of bug makes it so opening the photo editor crashes SkedSocial half the time. Hope that gets fixed soon so I can change this to a 5-star review!

Perfect

Great for work

Finally found a great social media scheduler!

I was starting to get a little frustrated after trying some other products for scheduling social media content. Maybe they just weren’t the right fit. Sked Social has been great. No glitches. Great interface. I love the Planner that shows you your scheduled feed. Yay!

No tag template feature on cell version?

Pc app and cell app is very much different. So limited on cell app😢

The new update works on phone but not iPad

The most recent update lets me upload a post on my phone...there is no “next” button on the screen on the iPad after uploading a photo/post, though there is when I do the same thing on my phone.

Can’t even get in

No ability to reset password from SkedSocial , so I can’t even get in. Just says “sorry that’s wrong, contact us!” but then no offer on how to best contact. Seems like SkedSocial was rushed out the door without any concern for basic (and fundamental, really) user experience standards. Bummer.
