Close and restart the Pics app on iPhone
Update Pics app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pics iPhone app

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Pics app issues:

Force Stop the Pics App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Pics app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Pics to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pics App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Pics app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Pics.

Fix Pics unable to contact server/ Pics internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Pics » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Pics » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pics on android.
