2 years agoI have the bipolar app on my phone...since 2017. I paid for the new year in google in September 2020 and I can not download the most recent two issues: Winter 2021 and Spring 2021. It wants me to buy the issue or subscribe and I am already subscribed. The restore purchases thing DOES NOT WORK!!! I am getting pissed off because I have sent 3 or 4 requests for help through my app and no one is helping me. Please fix this for me before bipolar rage takes over. Thank you, Monique

Issues are only a few pages and come out only 4x a year. Subscribing doesn’t get you access to older issues. Even though I subscribed from iTunes, it didn’t recognize my subscription and I had to go through support. The support process was slow, confusing, and unnecessarily complicated. The app update signed me out, and it seems like I may have to go through all that again to read my second short issue.

There is no way to make the text bigger. I enjoy this magazine but the change in the reading layout isn’t worth the money to pay for a subscription.

I really, really want to support this app. I need this app for encouragement and support. I pay for this subscription. However, I go into the app I pay for, click on an issue and it asks me to purchase that issue. So, what am I paying a subscription for? This is a screwed up platform. You guys, we come to you for support. A lot of us are disabled, on limited incomes, and are fighting to heal. I’d really like you to make this right. Either by refunding my subscription or fixing the app.
