RoundTimer seems pretty good and has a decent number of options but I won't be using it as my primary workout timer. It may be useful for some things. I use an interval timer for many things but one of the most important is for my stretching routine after workouts. I just added a routine in RoundTimer and got the message that I wouldn't get notifications with the routine because it had more than 30 intervals. I need more than 30 to complete my stretching routine. The other feature that would be almost as important is a background click. I currently use a timer that will "click" every second, if desired (or at some other preset interval). I use that feature every time because it allows me to keep track of how long I'm stretching even if something interrupts me from the regular intervals, or if I have a stretch that is a different length than the rest and I don't then have to wait for a new interval to start my next stretch. I very much like the ability to use the watch app and another minor wish would be for more sound options. So, I may use RoundTimer once in a while for some things, especially on my watch, but it can't be my go-to without those important features
