StellarTour is amazing because you can get an in-depth look at planets in our own solar system AND exoplanets, which aren’t in a lot of other apps. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because you can’t zoom in much on the exoplanets, so it’s kind of hard to really get a good look. Otherwise it’s an amazing app and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys astronomy.

I would like to take this opportunity to express how I feel about StellarTour. It is a very good app to use for learning all about the planets in our galaxy. The true location of the planets and the many stars throughout space are easy to find using the search function. I will be recommending this to all my friends. Thanks for putting together this wonderful app that can also be used for a learning tool.

It makes it easier for a beginner like me. With the overlay feature I don’t have to second myself as to what I’m viewing.

Always wondered what stars I was looking at in the night sky and StellarTour helped me do exactly that.

I checked StellarTour Store forever to find a night sky app that was free and this one blew all my expectations. Thanks for making such a great app. I use it all the time.

This is an excellent product in so many ways. I’ve tried it out on a friends iPad a few nights before I decided to get it myself. A great teaching aid for my grandson who at 8 years of age loves star gazing and dinosaurs. The only negative thing that I feel should be addressed is the font used to identify the objects in the sky. The thin stroke serif face is hard for older eyes to see and is most frustrating to me. Perhaps a thicker stroke San serif face that can be dimmed if need be.

This is the best app and I hope you improve some things about it it glitches sometimes but above all that it’s the best app you can get

StellarTour provides an endless amount of information and has helped create wonderful memories for myself and my daughters.

We homeschool and just started studying astronomy. We absolutely love going out and looking at stars, identifying, and learning more info about each star/planet/galaxy. Fascinating!

Truly enjoyed StellarTour with my daughter. We saw Mars and few constellations. The graphics are great and information is well laid out.

Down loaded this free App to educate myself about the stars that I see at night. The information and the technology in StellarTour are far beyond what I expected.

I can now take my phone outside at night, point it at the sky and BAM! I can see every constellation and star in the sky with it’s name located right above it!

It’s absolutely mind blowing to actually know what planet you are staring at! I have my whole family hooked on it!

Unlike other free apps out there on the solar system , Stellar Tour delivers on both the 3D graphics aspect as well as the information content. My favorite aspect of StellarTour is the style of the educational text. Instead of boring me with dry facts, I feel like I am transported to the surface of each moon and planet.

Loved StellarTour , but I think their are a few things that you could add. To start that off, you could add an intro, and the other thing that I want you to add is a feature that shows black holes. Again, love StellarTour .

Doctor Day and your team are to be commended. Of all the astronomer centric apps currently available this is one of the best apps I have used to date. The A-R function is a great tool either at the “scope” or by itself as an aid to what I currently see with my own eyes. Your app is an educational library in a time honored study of the objects in the sky above us. Thank You

Very cool and informative. StellarTour features a 3D interactive map of the solar system that is both user-friendly and fun. It also contains many pictures and educational material about each planet. Both the casual space enthusiast and the hardcore space nerd will find something to love about StellarTour---or really anyone that has ever gazed into the night sky with a sense of curiosity or wonder.

This is the best star gazing app I’ve used so far! I really appreciate the beautiful UI as well as all of the educational information. I love that you can tap on any known object in the sky and get a plethora of information on the object. I homeschool my 7-year-old son and StellarTour has been an essential tool for us when we cover astronomy. A huge thank you to the developers for this amazing app!

My purchases are not showing up within StellarTour . It did for awhile, but now it opens a screen that asks to select purchase, but then just hangs.

I was hoping for a more realistic view of the night sky other than that I enjoyed it very much.⚡️✨🌟🌈💫

Has a lot more features than the other free apps. Clicking on a night sky object gives more details and links to resources.

I highly suggest StellarTour for anyone interested in learning more about the planets, stars, constellations, and other celestial bodies in our universe!

This is one of the best stargazing apps out there. None of the other apps have exoplanets, but this one has 1000s of them. Awesome sauce!
