Cannot get app to open. It is downloaded but immediately shuts down when I attempt to open it—not sure what has happened as it was great last year!

I don't find this app useful since I can't limit a search to specific dates or to shows open to the public. Example, Searched on the word 'beads' and it returned a listing of 140 shows.
