I downloaded this by recommendation, and though I wasn't particularly convinced I'd use it much, I wanted to give it a try. The design of the home page was straight forward and enjoyable, but the lack of a profile seemed to limit the usefulness of HangRr . To send people photos of clothes without some other functionality of saving favorites, or connecting to people with similar style, etc. just left it with nothing worth using. It seems to be a half complete thought out into an app, and had so much more potential.
The in app AI Rayna helped me find just the outfit I needed for a company holiday party. I work in a rugged outdoor job. The AI was able to provide outfit ideas that were classy but also cool in the context of my work environment. HangRr is clever and just made things much simpler for me.
Comparing to other outfit idea platforms, I like how focused it is. The conversation with the AI stylist Rayna is on point. The style tips of the looks in boutiques in NYC are also helpful for me to discover and to decide where to shop.
