Its a decent app. One of my biggest problems though is i like to wishlist alot of comics. Ones that i want to buy in the next few weeks, ones that i want to buy in a few months/years. Ones that i want strictly because of the writer or cover. So currently i have 481 issues on my wishlist. But unlike other apps like comic geeks you cant create separate lists. Its just one wishlist and then you can click to “star” it as well. KeyCollectorComicsApp would be absolutely perfect if you could great lists so its easy to browse. I could go to the wishlist or lists tab and id create ones like “buy asap” or “save money for these”. The point is that when i go to store or browse online for 4 comics i want by next week. I want to be able to go to my said list and double check. Not have to scroll through 400+ issues just to find it and make sure im buying the correct one

I have been waiting to review KeyCollectorComicsApp as I have been using it for almost a year now. I honestly can't say enough good things about it. It breaks down things into different subsections to allow even more ease of use. I personally love the spec deck. I also love how easy it is to search for comics. It is ever expanding, so if you don't see something (can't wait for Phantom Stranger to get some love/listings) just wait. There is always new content. I actually just look at what's recently added every other day or so just to see if I can learn something new. KeyCollectorComicsApp is a comic collectors best friend. If you own a store or ebusiness it is also great for keeping up with what's new and getting hot, or also what's cooling off so you don't get caught overpaying for particular "hot books". Really this is the best thing to happen to comics since Wizard magazine for those old enough to remember. Maybe the best thing since Bob Overstreet started his world famous price guide. Like I said before, I can't say enough good things about KeyCollectorComicsApp.

This new update from Feb 2024 is awful. There are so many issues missing from titles and from my collection. It looks like newsstand issues don’t come up automatically. There are a lot of little things wrong now. KeyCollectorComicsApp was great. I love KeyCollectorComicsApp and the price is very fair but now this update made it bad. I would have rathered an update with proper pricing for books. If this is going to be the go to app for collectors, things need to be cleaned up quite a bit.

I’ve been using KeyCollectorComicsApp for over a year and it’s worth its weight in gold. Very modern and easy to use. Keeps me updated with all the latest updates and news and new content coming out that greatly affects sales. I recommend to any collector who has interest keeping informed on all that’s new, and old. Also have clicks to search for keys on eBay. Really all comic related stuff is in KeyCollectorComicsApp and I love it. Looking forward to the pricing feature. Thank you!

I’ve used KeyCollectorComicsApp for quite awhile and I absolutely love it! Often times in the past, I would rely on Wizard magazine for key issues. I’m a collector (not an investor), who uses KeyCollectorComicsApp to stay updated with current comic trends and movies. I’d rather buy these books while relatively cheap than kicking myself later should a character increase in popularity [especially since I’ll never sell them and only want a single issue of each key]. These developers work tirelessly to ensure KeyCollectorComicsApp rocks and I highly recommend!

At first I thought it was another pay to use App. Don’t get me wrong or anything; however, I’m amazed that you’re able to Organize all your Comics for Free. Yes, there are some paid Services, which is not a big deal really. I’ve uploaded 190 Comics so far out of 800. I didn’t know I had some issues that were worth a pretty penny like a Punisher #1 and a few others. I can finally now Organize my Collection and not to memorize every issue. Thanks you to the Team that created KeyCollectorComicsApp.

I don’t rate many apps. But his one deserves the attention. I use KeyCollectorComicsApp to not only track my collection, but also to help me as I’m deciding on purchases or sales. While not all the books have the value listed yet, more and more are being listed as time progresses. But more importantly, KeyCollectorComicsApp shows you which are the key issues and why. I also love the front page stuff with the hot 20 comics, the spec deck, etc. Overall an app that was clearly designed by a collector for collectors.

A collector friend told me about KeyCollectorComicsApp. Since downloading I’ve change the way I collect. I’ve never been able to afford the high priced key issues from the silver age and was collecting blindly based on what I like either in the storyline or artwork. Now I’m on track collecting primarily key issues which really excite me because I truly love issues of significance. Thanks so much for KeyCollectorComicsApp. If I have one piece of criticism it would be the pass through to eBay doesn’t often yield what I was looking for and have found I had to refine my search.

I’ve been collecting comics for only a year now and recently discovered KeyCollectorComicsApp. KeyCollectorComicsApp is so handy if you are one of those people like me where I want a particular issue but it’s just too much so I’ll sell certain comics and save up for the ones I want. KeyCollectorComicsApp has helped me earn over a $100 in comic investments so far in the few month I’ve been using it. It’s always adding new features and it’s only $1.99 a month which is well worth it if you’re doing what I’m doing. Thanks allot for helping me reach goals of back issuing expensive comics.

As an on and off comic collector spanning over three decades, one of the things that I had difficulties with was trying to figure out which comics were considered key issues. This was especially problematic once I started to go to comic cons, never knowing which ones I should bring to get it signed and graded. This problem went away when the Key Collector Comics app was created. It has dramatically cut down on the search by...well, a lot. And even better is being able to log which comics I own or want. This is a must own app for all comic collectors out there.

Incredible tool for anyone wanting to get started in collecting. The comic world is immense and this will help you choose a path. The updates are really quick too. Seems to keep track of pricing and developments very fast. KeyCollectorComicsApp is totally worth paying for. Two nit-picks. I’m a designer so the UX and look of KeyCollectorComicsApp leaves quite a bit to desire aesthetically. As a tool, there is a lot of back and forth between section when you are searching for books. Slows things down when you’re on the hunt. It would be better to have a centralized/universal navigation system. Second, I’d love for this to work in landscape mode on my iPad! That way I can have it open while on the other half of my iPad I can have websites or my Library of books open. Honestly KeyCollectorComicsApp is great and everyone collecting should have!!!

This site is helpful to buyers and sellers of new and old, silver age, gold age bronze ? Whatever it may be KeyCollectorComicsApp has it. Still a few bugs that need to be worked out. Such as the search is a little funny when you look up specific books the titles don’t always pop up. Understand it’s for key issues but it’d be helpful for certain runs to have all the books prices Available. But other than that KeyCollectorComicsApp is super useful. You can find out the price you pay what you want to sell it for and the net value. . Just awesome .

Been using KeyCollectorComicsApp for some time now and find it fairly essential. Went through my entire collection and added everything. It’s extremely informative and I enjoy all the daily updates. Kudos to the dev team for creating and maintaining such a valuable tool! A true must for anyone that either enjoys collecting or investing. The only minor change I would like to see is a way to track the issues in your collection that have pricing updates. Any chance in the future that an alert or notification is a possibility?

Yes this has an ever-growing database of keys for hundreds of characters across several universes, yes it is constantly updated with new contests and giveaways, yes I spend hours just looking through the comics related to different characters, learning things I didn’t know before... but what I love the most about KeyCollectorComicsApp is that it sends me notifications as soon as news happens as to what key comic is related to the news so I can seek out the comic and snatch it up before it gets hot. It really is an innovative app and a great way to keep track which keys you have and which ones you want. And definite MUST HAVE for any comic books collector or fan!

I have had a great experience using KeyCollectorComicsApp. Full of free information that has helped me grow my collection. It has also given me knowledge and insight into collecting comics. Keeping track of my collection has been made easy. Also have a direct link to eBay to see what’s trending is great. I have been able to find keys cheep and catch deals early. This has helped me avoid price inflation. When I am out shopping. I have used KeyCollectorComicsApp to reference issues that I did not know were keys. I would have missed out on very valuable issues. Excellent for beginners as well as the experienced

Comes in very handy when you are rummaging through the dollar bins or at a garage sale . Sure, many of us can spot many keys when we see them , but things change and nowadays with a lot of cover “swipes “ it’s hard to keep up. KeyCollectorComicsApp allows you to go through a stack and quickly find 1st appearance , costume change ,etc. very very helpful. The only ppl who grumble about KeyCollectorComicsApp are those that are salty that the “average” joe can find keys out in the wild and not ONLY comic book aficionados.- this does tend to tick them off - which is why you will see some derogatory trolls

Then they added the Key Alert with the paid subscription. Paid the measly, almost comically low price, got three alerts, ordered the books before the public knew and paid for my subscription for the next 5 years!! Love KeyCollectorComicsApp now. Like truly, if you speculate and you don’t have KeyCollectorComicsApp..thanks, more for me. They’re still updating but even now, nothing beats it.

Great as a comic speculation blog. Pretty good as a collection management tool. Values for the CGC comics I entered only populated 20% of the time. Love the easy “Low, Mid, High” grading for quick cataloging of my collection, but the values for “low” and “mid” are all dramatically lower than the cheapest “Buy it Now” on eBay. Good to know a rough liquidation value, but as you can enter the amount you paid for the comic and it will calculate “net value” I think there is great potential to improve accuracy. The link to eBay is awesome, but there’s some sticker shock when the $7 mid-grade value sleeping key turns out to actually be $50 on the market already. Overall though, cool app.

Great app to keep me updated on my keys and upcoming keys to look out for. I especially like the dollar bins option as well as the giveaways. Only things I wish it has, and I’m sure it will come along, are 1)a barcode search and save feature and 2)an exporting or way to connect to my CLZ account that houses my entire database. If these two programs can talk to each other my life would be complete. Regardless of my wishes this is still an amazing app and I’m super glad I came across it! Totally worth the money. Thank you!
