CloneEvolution used to be a 5 star rating without question, but over time they have steadily increased materials needed for better rewards and the packages for materials are insanely priced for items received not to mention the server merge which dropped me personally from 14th in power to 176! The boss battles are over in under 5 minutes usually giving you zero chances to even attack them to get rewards. New hero’s drop rates are abysmal and the clones needed to upgrade them are ten times worse. Since merger all of the top spending players have formed guilds making it unrealistic that you can even compete at all unless you drop a few thousand dollars ( not exaggerating). If you download CloneEvolution I hope they have made some changes to make it like it used to be and you can it enjoy it like my former guild mates (they quit to) and I used to

The only way I can explain it is it’s like the claw machine at an arcade. The more money you put in the more likely you’re able to get something from it. Words and descriptions have misspellings. Game shows a lack of quality. Time is the only way to progress, even with powerful heroes. You have to meet certain levels before you start to win. Skill and strategy is not a requirement to progress. VIP levels is an obvious disappointment because why should you have to pay to be good? It’s a money generator game. Download and play for a little and you’ll understand exactly what I mean.

This game has some really fun events and the concept of the game is awesome but the repeat of the same clones over and over is ridiculous. It’s so hard to get clones you need to make red clones without spending money. The game offers game center as a way to link your account but it don’t work when you try to load it. I had a VIP 9 account and due to the Game Center not loading i lost it. Even with the VIP 9 account i just kept getting the same useless clones over and over. There is so many good things about this game but just poor developing. Good luck to all who put there time in as i have finally given up.

This game is boring and pointless. You start it up and you can stay busy for a bit but almost immediately hit a pay wall. Maybe you should pay money to upgrade your units so you can continue the campaign or unlock additional tries of side stuff. That will make them stronger.

But I think what really did it in is that I was reviewing the different clones you can unlock because that’s what these games truly are right? An attempt to trigger people’s needs to collect things or be better than other people?

Now there are quite a few questionable choices. Why is William Shakespeare my best attacker for example? …. But there seems to be a fascination with controversial or popular figures. Trump, Clinton…. Freaking Hitler.

I’m sorry… but any game where obtaining Hitler is a considered desirable thing isn’t for me and feels very suspicious on the part of the entire game company.

The game is fun but customer service is non existent. I bought 1 event package and got an error saying it was an invalid receipt. So I bought it again and got the same error, and then bought it again with the same error. So I contacted their customer support and got a reply back saying to close CloneEvolution and reopen it. I did that and my rewards are still not there. Apple has refunded 1 of the 3 purchases and will not refund the other 2. I have contacted the customer service again and have not gotten a reply about the other 2 purchases.

So, my friend showed me this game and how cool it was and I downloaded it and I agree, this game is good. However it is almost identical to idle heroes. The concept is the same (send heroes and monsters to go fight battles as your offline) but EVERYTHING is the same! In order to form a character in both games you need the same item, puzzle pieces. In both game you have two tanks 4 side characters that don’t get hit for some time. In both games you have a campaign that you can play actively and get rewards offline. The weapons are the same, so is the scrolls, along with summoning. I could go all day listing similarities! Don’t get me wrong, I had a blast playing this game and I thought this game was perfect. But when it comes down to it, this a knockoff, and knockoffs aren’t the best. You’re better off getting idle heroes, it’s free, and it’s essentially the same game. Idle heroes ( for me) runs more smooth and the visual quality is also superior. You do you but just consider me.

I like the games mechanics but the arenas matchmaking is very unfair in putting you against the same players with over 1 mil power then you making it impossible to move up rankings after you smash the lower power ones. And why not just ban the ones that don’t play in months or quit game off the leaderboards or make an active players one so that in cross server you don’t get put up against impossible opponents after the 1st rank. This game is very unfair to those that don’t have the cash to buy the passes for hundred bucks and is catered to those who pay to win they just buy vip load up on gems get a full team of orange and crush your team when they are 40 levels lower then you. I been playing for a year and nowhere close to getting a red yet and can’t even get the orange ones I want just crap. If you like these kind of games it’s ok at the beginning but don’t expect to be getting a full orange or red team without spending a lot of money or playing it daily for years.

The game is amazingly fun. I played it for a while but then deleted it so to a problem. It doesn’t fit the iPhone X screen. It makes it smaller as to fit a 6 or 7 but Me along with others are used to playing with the whole screen rather than a small portion. The game would be golden if you would make it fit the iPhone X screen!

Not bad actually. It's easy to play and not really have to spend cash. Sometimes the servers can't load but it's few and far between. The grading system when you fight in arena is a little off. If the have a 3+ star fighter and all the others are one star they can sweep your team and stay at low ranks while you get to tide the penalty bus, even if your squad's listed power lvl is at least 10,000 or more points higher.

i have only spent 5$ and i didnt even need to i just had a little extra money lying around. other then that i have placed in the top 100 in rank every season which in my opinion makes this game easily F2P, the only reason i did not give it a 5 star is once you get around lv 70 it is very hard to progress because of what you need to progress. you can still progress it is just slow.

Over all I think the gave is pretty good and enjoyable. The variety in the game and style is very appealing and I enjoy playing. The only thing that bothers me is how much not having VIP penalizes you. Like for the daily reward VIP get double or triple on some that is fair however I don't like the you can't do any of this or receive this at all unless you have VIP 3 or what ever I think that is the hindrance here other than that I enjoy the game very much.

I enjoy the idea of the game but I see some issues in the fact that my level 19-20 characters are struggling to beat level 11-12 characters in the campaign. I guess it’s for the longevity of the game and to make the game not entirely easy, but even a child can see the problem of struggling against lower level characters. This is a common theme with most rpg games on mobile, and if they fix their balancing system to be more logical then the game would be perfect

I love playing this game, but sometimes it can be really pay to win. If your just starting out on a brand new server, it’s almost impossible to be #1 or even in the leaderboards after a few days without VIP. Also, after grinding in the Gene Bank for 3000 clone points, you have to be VIP3 just to claim your purple hero. I rate the game 5 stars just because of the fact that the customer service is good and that the game in fun to play nonetheless.

This game is super fun and the instant I started playing it, I was hooked! The characters are diverse and there are plenty of them, and the game provides a lot of different ways you can progress. The different powers each character has is great and I just love the style of the game! Clone Evolution has to be one of the best games I’ve played on mobile in a while. So to the people behind this game: You did a fantastic job! However, the game does sometimes crash randomly - I hope the developers fix this problem soon. Other than that, great game!

Cyberpunk RPG. There aren’t nearly enough games like this. If you’re a fan of the old Shadowrun games or the Borderlands series, you’ll definitely enjoy this title. Kudos to the devs for creating a fun and engaging world without needing to use an existing IP.
There’s a great fusion of mobile gaming mechanics that make this an enjoyable title. Auto-battle to make sure you’re always progressing and a lack of an “energy” mechanic that would otherwise stall your active playtime combine for non-stop fun without feeling like you’re constantly being milked for irl money. Truly free to play. Can’t say enough how much I love this game!

I really enjoy the variety of activities. The guild war is great and I really like the characters! Customer service is wonderful! They seem to compensate well for any Inconvenience. They seem to have take care of the frequent kick offs that our server was experiencing but still have the occasional issue. I think they need some new events however. I also would like to see another way to accept auto battle rewards. When you go to confirm your rewards the pay 50 gems for a two hour acceleration is right under that and it is easy to hit. I have hit it twice myself.

Can be enjoyable without paying a dime but like any mobile based game the more money you can sink into the game, the more rewarding it will become. You can easily achieve the same goals as those that pay, paying just speeds up the rate at which you can achieve those goals. I suppose you could consider some things exclusive to those that pay but only because they the resources to gain the advantage to get certain rewards that you simply could not under normal circumstances not have the same amount of resources as those that pay unless you save them for quit some time specifically for contests etc.

This game oozes personality and satire, and it takes itself just the right amount of seriously to provide deep composition options and fantastic variation between character kits, but also isn’t afraid to push the envelope on the funnier aspects, such as character designs.

Hero collectors tend to be a formula without much room for adjustment, but Clone Wars beautifully treads the lines in the sand, bringing a breath of fresh air to an otherwise cookie-cutter business model.

If you are a fan of hero collectors and are looking for something new, fun, and maybe even a little weird, this is for you. The abandonment of the stamina system and the integration of a hands-free farming system are top notch and welcome changes to the standard. Topped with political icons and surprisingly deep gameplay given the genre, I can’t help but rate it 5 stars. This is a game I’ll probably play until it ends.

I've spent a little over a month with this game and still play it everyday. I normally quit apps within a couple days. I like that the pay system doesn't give really much of an advantage over other players. I just wish that the perfect scrolls would have a higher chance of getting at least a purple. They are rare to get and almost always open blue.

I love the game, been playing for months and I can honestly say it’s fun, to an extent. It is very much P2W, but that doesn’t stop it from being fun. Just take about 2 days, do dailies and some missions and you’ll get gems. It’s hard at being high on the ranks when you’re going against people with 100-1,000k more power than I do. I feel like Arena Matchmaking is a little unfair since I have no chance against most of my opponents right now. I feel like the game should be more easier on people who can’t spend money on the game. And in my opinion, never use the Lottery Machine in hopes of getting a Purple Character or a Legendary piece of gear, the chances of you getting any of those or near to nothing and I’ve already spent 60 chips with nothing goo what so ever. Other than all those things it’s a fun game for the first month and then it gets progressively harder as time goes on.
