Randomly charged by this app for no reason

I have never successfully found a heartbeat, let alone recorded one with this app. (I’m 19 weeks). This morning I saw a charge on my apple account and had no idea what it was for. After some research, it turns out it was this app! It’s a small charge, but it’s still not ok as I didn’t authorize it and the app certainly has not worked for me. They took my money for no reason. Don’t waste your time!

At first I thought maybe I’m still too early for it to work(21 weeks) I moved it to different parts of my stomach hoping it would work but there was nothing, just static. So I tried to at least hear my own heartbeat and that didn’t even work even though I was pressing it directly above my heart.. yes I was in a quiet room with no fans on or anything.

I tried this app in 2019 when I was pregnant with my daughter and it didn’t work. I re downloaded because I’m currently pregnant now and figured maybe the would fix the bugs it’s been two years and the thing still doesn’t work. It’s super upsetting and makes you feel uneasy. Deleting the app tonight cause I’m stressing my self tryna find the heart beat 😒😕🥺
