Non-existent customer service

I have tried repeatedly, since February 2021 to cancel my subscription and no one has gotten back to me. They raised their prices too much this year and I could not cancel because NO ONE got back to me. Good news coverage but bad, negligent, non-existent customer service. I tried to cancel via PayPal.
Stay away, I want news coverage and customer service.
If no customer service, do not want their product.
Horrible.
Constant ads, can’t cancel, lack of timely content

Constant in app adds, worse when you open on laptop or desktop. can’t cancel for a refund prior to initial subscription period. Not much added value, especially if you already have WSJ or FT. Nikkei Asia is much better app/website experience and has better coverage as well.
