Music player and app both buggy and glitchy. Save your money. Customer service nonexistent.

I was a early adopter and I’ve paid the price; every time MightyAudio is updated or the firmware is updated I go through a 1-2 week period of intensive troubleshooting because nothing works anymore and generally the first 2-3 fixes suggested by support make matters worse. After that it works fine until the system forces another update; then I gotta go through all this again. It was excusable years ago when this gizmo first launched, but now is just lame. Love the product but it’s way passed time for the team to make software that actually works.

Won’t load stupid app

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had setting up, connecting, and trying to sync a playlist to a device (after 2 days, I’m still unable to sync a playlist to this device). I’ve charged and reset this thing multiple times, have had to reconnect it to MightyAudio every single time because MightyAudio is unable to remember the device I just connected and once I do finally get the thing to connect, it won’t sync any the playlist. I can see my playlist, hit the little plus next to it, but it immediately fails to sync (no messages telling me why of course), but this thing honestly isn’t worth the time or hassle and would not recommend either the device or app to anyone.

Great idea, terrible execution. Syncing playlists or downloading new software is impossible and does not work. Makes the Mighty completely useless. DO NOT BUY

Piece of junk. Never worked with my apple air pods. Idea is great, hardware/software are garbage. Save the headache and buy something else. Really disappointed.

Spent $200 on mighty players for my kids and they can’t even use them because they always have issues . Very disappointed

The concept is awesome, the execution is from 1999. Syncing the player to MightyAudio is clunky and takes FOREVER. Shuffle never works...you want to go back a song and hear it again? Nope. Some random song plays instead, and then you can’t even go forward and back to where you were. And the battery life is a joke. Don’t even think about taking it out for a half marathon...let alone a marathon. I ran a marathon in 2008 with the Apple iPod and it lasted the whole way. Welcome to 2020 and the Mighty technology doesn’t lasts two hours. These are basic technical features that are fixable. It almost feels like this was some kid’s side project for school and he’s managing it on the side.

The mighty simply isn’t compatible with airpods. I’ve tried countless times to reset, pair, forget the device, etc - and it still cannot connect to my airpods. It worked the first two times, without help from MightyAudio . I’m not sure how, but they connected without using MightyAudio . Now it simply doesn’t connect, and I wouldn’t recommend trying this device with airpods.

You can make plenty albums but mine won’t let me change playlists? Boo

It’s ok. MightyAudio does what it needs to, most of the time. I had several crashes also, but reinstalled and it was mostly fine. VoiceOver accessibility is hit or miss, especially in the tutorial screens, so YMMV. MightyAudio has UX/copy issues all over the place and looks like it was slapped together overnight without proofing; many items are cut off on my SE display. Thankfully, VoiceOver reads out the cut off sections. I’ll be looking forward to improvements, especially if Mighty wants to be taken seriously.

Being able to run without my phone is a game changer. Mighty’s pause/play, skip, volume, shuffle, and playlist change controls are great additions. Syncing playlists and updating playlists is a challenge, but if you can deal with the finicky app, it’s totally worth it.

MightyAudio worked great getting my device synced up and ready to go with Bluetooth headphones. My main problem here is that several areas of MightyAudio have white text on a white background. Sometimes it’s back on black. Really hard to use. Luckily, I was able to guess through some things but I could see this being a problem for other users. Please fix!

Glad I found these guys! The mighty is a wonderful little gadget for audiophiles who want to take their music with them without being tied to phones or an internet connection. I love mine & hope to purchase several more for friends & family. I hope that they keep providing more features & functionality! Can’t wait for the next update.

I love Mighty! It has made me get off of my device and brings back memories! I love the small, stylish design and that it can be placed or clipped on your shirt or pants. It’s overall great! Highly recommended for overnight camp when you cannot bring a screen for music! Most of the bad reviews are about AirPods. Here’s a few easy steps: 1. Go on the Mighty app and make sure your WiFi is connected. 2. Go on the syncing page where you can sync Bluetooth acessories. 3. Take your AirPods and hold down the button on the back of the AirPod Case. 4. A white light will start blinking and that shows that it is in pairing. 5. Keep holding down the AirPods close to your device. 6. While on the syncing page, swipe DOWN, not up. Keep swiping it down until your AirPods show up about halfway down the page. 7. Click the plus on the right of the tab which says your AirPods, and then it should show a green check mark. 8. Now click the plus on your Mighty and it will connect. 9. Put in your AirPods and you will hear a chime. 10. Start jammin’ and have fun!
Hope this helped!

This started a crowd funding endeavor and it's finally coming through. There were some hold ups unfortunately but as anyone with experience starting and/or running a business, especially one that makes technology hardware that's never been made before, setbacks are the name of the game. It's how you get around them that counts and this team has been amazing at keeping everyone up to date good or bad which is really appreciated. Not sure what the one star guy is all about but looks like he's living up to his screen name....

Love this! Took it to sleep away and it worked incredibly! Only issues are I cannot figure out shuffle play and after 3 weeks it no longer played music and required a WiFi connection for a refresh. It was the last day however so that didn’t matter

This is a amazing concept and product. HOWEVER, there are MANY flaws. When I first got this, I LOVED IT!! Then I learned that I can only connect my mighty to one pair of my headphones. I had to buy new Bluetooth headphones because it always failed to connect. I now have TOZO T10 wireless headphones because my old beats wouldn’t connect. Please fix. Also I can not connect this to my car. (Yes it was in pairing mode as I could connect my iPod, same with my beats) This is the only reason I give 3 stars however, I love this product and it is amazing. I would love to help test new products and give honest feedback, just make sure you are not false advertising.

P.S when I emailed the support team, they never got back to me. Has been around a week now, not 1-2 business days....

App works passably well after some fiddling.
Would add another star if there was a simple button next to each Playlist in MightyAudio interface that simply shuffled the song play order in that Playlist.

I love the Mighty and use it everyday and it has been working great, there is one issue though. It would be really nice if users could sync all of their songs directly into the Mighty via MightyAudio , without having to create new playlists. This takes a long time to do and could probably be fixed fast.
Thanks,

I got an iPod but I started to get sucked up into the screen when I just got it for the music. Then I learned about Mighty and instantly fell in love with it. I have been using ever since and don’t even need my iPod. Also, I have 9 longish playlists and have only used up like a 10th of the storage. I love Mighty!

I have been wanton something like this for years to play music while working out at the gym. MightyAudio is a little wonky but I got it to sync up to my Mighty just fine. Based on these reviews I'm worried about the products staying power. I really want this thing to work. I hope it does. So far so good.

This is such a misunderstood product, but I hope they weather the storm and keep improving. MightyAudio works great to change settings and sync music. I think the low reviews come from people who don’t understand how to use the product and the different networks

I've been waiting for this guy for months! After the first time you connect Mighty, MightyAudio is super easy to use. I can quickly upload all my playlists and add to them whenever I want. I will never use my phone to work out ever again! Love this company.
